Daniel's Plumbing and A/C has always had 24 hour openings for service (the 3 times I have used them), The faucets they put in are gorgeous! Repair service has been top notch. The technicians are always polite. This past visit Logan and Zach were going to move their vehicles for me to roll my trash bin in! There was not even a need to. Other technicians put up with our cats and are kind. Prices are reasonable and I will continue to use this business.

The work was performed in a timely manner. The workers showed up on schedule. It was a simple bathroom sink drain replacement. The cost was about $260 per hour plus an additional $800 to repair the drywall holes they cut to access the pipes including one hole that provided no access to the pipe in question.

Andre Sr #4305 helped me install a new kitchen faucet. He was amazing at being detailed, on time, and gave me discounts wherever he could. I would call him again in a heartbeat. We even had to order a new faucet, he gave me his discount, picked up the faucet for me, and delivered and installed the next day. So helpful!

We reached out to Jeff to install a new hot water heater. The process was simple, we sent him a few photos of the job site, he sent a quote. On the day he was supposed to arrive he DID arrive and completed his work without interruption. The new hot water heater looks great !

Jamie and Jared were prompt, courteous, cost effective, easy to work with, and straightforward in diagnosing a shower leak.

These guys are great. Dennis, who I now ask for by name, is fast, efficient and cheerful. He fixes my problems with a minimum of drama and expense. I once had a plumber say I needed a new $3500 sewer line. I got a second opinion from Johnny Rooter/Dennis and he fixed my problem for $125. I wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks for being good at what you do all the while being pleasant and very affordable.

We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing three times for different plumbing issues. Each time, we were able to schedule a plumber right away. The plumbers were prompt, professional, and very good. Dylan took the time to explain what he had fixed for our insurance claim. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends.

Yay for hot water.This company finally fixed an issue we have had since we finished a whole house renovation in Dec 2021. We got tired of dealing with the plumbers our contractor used and decided to find someone who had experience with tankless water heaters.Thankful to finally find a plumber that listened to our issue, researched the options and then when installing confirmed his work with both his office and Rinnai - the manufacturer of our tankless water heater.Great customer service and support.

Brad came out to my house on a freezing December morning and replaced my owner cutoff valve at the street. He's super no nonsense, so if you're looking for touchy feely, go talk to the guy walking the plumbing aisle at Home Depot. He's done a couple of other jobs for me in the past, and I wouldn't call anyone else.

Ryan was absolutely outstanding! After experiencing a clog in our sink, Ryan came out to diagnose the issue. Turns out we needed more than an unclogged drain, but Ryan and his team were fast, efficient, and so nice! Prompt customer service and a fantastic job.

This is an update to my review from October 2021.Had a water heater installed. It was recommended that I get a water pressure valve installed too. I think that was about $300 more, but it sounded like a good idea.Today I have a plumber out to fix a leak in my yard and....it's the water pressure valve. Wasn't installed very well. New Plumber says, You just got this? There's old piping around it. Looks like they did a quick job.Just called Abacus and they said they can get someone out tomorrow (I'm losing a half gallon of water a minute!), and there's no guarantee they'll say it's their problem.This extra plumbing job to fix their problem is going to cost me $700!!!Why didn't I call Abacus for my new issue (leak in the yard near the street)? Because they came out a few days after doing my water heater and gave my wife an INSANE quote (from $800-$4,000 depending on the work done) on a leak with my HVAC.....which I was glad I got home in time before she signed it. I fixed that small pipe crack with duct tape in about 2 minutes! That killed all my confidence with this company.I recommend avoiding Abacus.
