Arrived quickly and on the same day for the estimate, though the estimate was higher than I expected, so I didn't continue with their services.

Our AC went out on Saturday during Labor Day weekend and I had another service contract with another company. They came out and said they could fix for $1195 but couldn't get part till Tues. I called Radiant and they were out the same morning. They not only had the part but it was $675 dollars. Zach was an outstanding tech. He took pictures and video of your entire systems doing a health check and had our AC up and running quickly. I signed a new maintenance contract with Radiant! We are now happy New customers.

Austin S was fantastic and flexible. I was busy with meetings and with minimal contact with me, he assessed the problem, gave me options (fix v. replace toilet) and executed the decision. Because I couldn’t talk, he texted me with his progress, final instructions to folllow, and he sent me an invoice to pay. The office staff (sorry I forget your names) we’re so helpful finding a time that worked for me. This is my second time using Daniel’s . I will continue to use them and recommend them to others!

Ray was very professional checked what was going on with the faucet and gave me his assessment & did a fantastic job.

Brett Bidwell at Mr. Rooter is the man! After the recent icepocalypse in Texas, we had a busted copper pipe in the attic. It was impossible to get a hold of any plumbers. I saw a Mr. Rooter truck across the street, and I went over to try to get on their list. Brett made time to assess our problem and fix it at the end of that same day, on his own time, after his shift was over. He got us patched up, and Mr. Rooter got us fixed up permanently three days later.

They did respond very quickly and the technician was able to arrive the next day. He was running very late unfortunately, and it totally screwed up the baby's nap time. The appointment was scheduled in a 2 hour window which coincided with the baby nap - unacceptable. We determined the pressure reducing valve at the water connection was failing, as the pressure was over 90 PSI. They quoted me $1000 !!!!! To replace a valve that costs $75 at Home Depot and takes maybe 30 minutes to replace. WOW - incredible... DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. I've received other quotes for $250, $375 and $425 and the local yokel handyman would do it for $175... unbelievable.

I went through two plumbers via my home warranty (American Home Shield) before giving a call to Johnny Rooter. Not only was Cameron able to fix my sink stoppage/clog with professional ease, he was a really cool guy! I will recommend Johnny Rooter (and Cameron) to everyone I know and will personally not be using another plumber while I live in Austin.

Unfairly high pricing for the service. Paid their service call fee and sent them packing. Just needed a simple kitchen drain unclogged and they wanted to charge over $320. I bought a $4 bottle of drain cleaner, problem solved. Don’t know how they stay in business while trying to rip people off. They will never be used at my home again and will highly recommend to others they use a different and more honest and fairly priced plumbing service.

Bryan Higgins was great and very professional when comes to plumbing , I got my water system not only fixed but better than what it was, I will definitely go to AAA again for any plumbing issue in the future.

We had a great experience with Brad. He completed 4-5 small projects in the kitchen and bathrooms. One of the faucets he replaced in the bathroom wasn't working properly a few days later and he came back the same day I called to replace the part and did not charge us for parts or labor. He was timely, quick, and polite. We try to support small local business as much as we can and will definitely call Brad again.

Ryan came to our home to replace the water heater and we were very impressed with how courteous and professional he was. He arrived at the property early and did such a stellar job especially considering how hot and humid it currently is in Central Texas. He called my husband to see if he had any additional questions after I expressed some confusion regarding some questions my husband had. He even texted me after the job was done to let me know it was completed and when we would have hot water again. We had our main drain line blocked and water was backing up in the bathroom. Redbud came out and cleared the lines and was extremely reasonable price wise. We have tenants in that house and I was fortunate that Redbud could help us so quickly. I will use Redbud Pluming for all our future plumbing issues.

Sean came out when we had an issue with our AC unit during the heat of the summer. He successfully diagnosed the issue and we were back up & running in no time. As a result, we decided to purchase a 2ce/year maintenance check-up plan. Sean arrived again in December to do a maintenance overview of our furnace to ensure we're all set for the cold months. He was timely and professional, and he made some helpful preventative maintenance suggestions that we are grateful for.
