My first time using Radiant was a great experience. David was our technician. He was very professional and did an excellent job. He was able to install the new water heater same day even though he would have to stay late. He even cleaned up before he left. I would recommend Radiant to everyone! We used Daniel's Plumbing to install a TankLess Water heater and the experience was great from start to finish. They installed it on a saturday, and I would Highly recommend them. Two day turn around from start to finish. Mack, Drew, and Keivn are who made the experience great, and plan on using Daniel's Plumbing for furture AC and Plumbing issues.

We had a small list of plumbing fixes we needed on our house after buying it ranging from small to relatively large. Eli from Mr. Rooter gave us a great estimate that was the lowest of the companies we met with. His work was high-quality. We will be calling them up again in the event we need anymore plumbing work done.

Quick to reply and send technician. Cost me $99 trip fee to get an extremely overpriced quote. I had an incoming water line leak in PVC joint that attaches to incoming copper line to supply house. I had already uncovered and located the leak. Should have taken less than 30 minutes for repair of a $3 PVC fitting...they wanted $675!

Had water start coming up in my carpet and called Al Mac to take a look at things. He was able to work over the weekend on short notice and fix our old, leaky pipes. We appreciated his quick turnaround and quality work!

We are very glad we did!We had our initial consultation and estimate from Brian, and he was able to answer our follow up questions quickly.Andrew arrived first and was able to get started on the extraction of the old equipment while Brad came with the rest of the new system. They exceeded our expectations by being on time and very professional.Our new Daikin Fit a/c and heating system are working great! The foot print of the new condenser out side is half the size of the old and it works more efficiently already.When I called to thank the office, John, was very friendly and remembered speaking to my husband earlier in the day.We are very pleased with the service we received!

A word of warning to my neighbors.My experience with Austin Plumbing has been terrible. First......they put in a natural gas heater in a house fitted for propane. I found out after that it was downright dangerous and a code violation. That was in August last year. Second.....this February I called them because hot water stopped again. No response. So I called Cold Is On The Right Plumbing who came over immediately and diagnosed the problem. But they kindly referred me back to the original company since the heater was still under warranty. But.....Austin Plumbing just asked me to contact the manufacturer myself. So I was forced to hire Cold Is On The Right to remedy the situation.....which they did.I am disappointed with Austin Plumbing, not so much for the initial mistake made but for not being upright and forthcoming about it. Without honesty and accountability nothing else matters.

Daniel was very courteous and professional. I very much appreciated the discount I received based on the fact that we have a gold service maintenance agreement with Stans Stan's was also very responsive to my call for service and scheduled an appointment for later that day.

From the first moment Abrams came to our house, he was polite and worked hard from the time he arrived until he was finished. Our air conditioner needed some parts that had to be ordered, but throughout the experience he kept busy and his work was excellent. Today I have air conditioning again. Thanks to Abrams.

Yesterday had maintenance on my air conditioner, technician was very professional, clean and punctual. I've chosen Turbo since they have never failed me and my air conditioner always smells better with every time they come

After 7 years I have found an electrician and a company who are responsive , on time , professional and priced correctly for the service rendered. So during the freeze I lost an outside breaker and a disconnect box . Not a big deal , but when I called the usual companies The answer was in the next month time frame . Well that wouldn’t get it because the impact was to my A/C . My neighbor recommended Efficient .......I called on day one. They came on day two ( and yep bad breaker and more ) and they returned Monday and all is well ( basically day three ) . John Padro is my guy and should be yours too !

After installing 1 new toilet, I called them back to replace my other 2 toilets.They really listen, evaluate and explain the problem ,before giving you an estimate. Courtesy, professionalism and dependability should be their motto!

Mike is terrific! I called him on Sunday and he was here the next day and had our problem solved in no time. He knew the problem and the solution! We now have hot water in our shower! Mike is nice, polite and super courteous.

I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with these guys. I had used them for over a decade with great results but that has changed. I understand the reluctance to give labor rates over the phone but the refusal to give the price of a specific toilet model (as in the part) reeks of bait and switch. Further, I could not even get a call back to confirm my service appointment and find out today that they are now booked for the next two weeks. I wish I had called someone else.
