This company walked away from a leak on a Friday leaving over 100 occupants without any facilities until Monday, and on Monday they left for lunch and still have not returned! We are still without water!

Ben Franklin, and especially Dillon, have continued to do great work on my 30y old house. He has repaired and updated the different sinks, tubs, and toilets in the upstairs bathrooms that were in disrepair. Everything now runs, drains, and flushes so much more cleanly and efficiently than I could remember. Horrible experience with this company on a tankless water heater. Water heater stopped working correctly. We called Neighborhood Plumbing, they charged us over $200 to work on it, said the problem was air in the lines and it was fixed. That didn't make much sense, but if it was fixed then OK. Worth $200 to have hot water for the dishes. But it was not fixed. Called them back that evening. The guy came back the next day, but spent the whole time on the phone with the manufacturer. He clearly did not know what he was doing on a tankless hot water heater. He charged us another almost $400 for his time talking to the manufacturer and told us that we needed to spend another $750 (on top of the $600 he already charged) to fix it this time (after he said it was fixed the day before). So they wanted over $1350 to fix a unit (that they had said was fixed) that cost less than $1000 one year ago. No longer had any faith in them so called a reputable company recommended by Rinnai. Should have done that in the first place. They needed only 15 minutes to test the unit and recommend not wasting our money trying to fix it. They only charged me to replace it. No call to the manufacturer needed--it was clear he understood tankless hot water heaters, had the right equipment, etc. Neighborhood Plumbing may be OK for regular plumbing, but do not use for a tankless hot water heater.

We were able to get an appointment same-day during the holidays. Drew was on time and incredibly nice. He found what was wrong with our toilet and fixed it free of charge on the spot. Reliant will be our go-to for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

They're a super responsive company and the plumbers are all knowledgeable and friendly. I think the prices are on the higher end, but they have done an incredible job.

I had almost every issue in the book with my plumbing, from a stopped drain, a jammed faucet to shower head switch, a nonfunctioning water heater, and a handle that took more strength than I possess to turn on the water. Lakeway plumbing was so prompt, polite and communicative about what the cause of the issues were and how they were going to fix them. They fixed all of my issues in 3 trips, and worked with my busy schedule (2 jobs) to fix things even when I couldn't be home. These guys deserve every praise, I hope I don't need your help again, but if I do need a plumber in Austin, it'll definitely be you guys!!
