Great service and very pro! I had roots growing into my sewer line and I had a quote from a competitor that was way over my budget. Benjamin was able to come by beat that quote and held to the price at the end of the project. They were very communicative throughout the whole process and was able to get the job done in time even during the holiday's. Would highly recommend!

Dan was excellent today! We’ve had some issues with our unit ever since it was installed in July 2020. Something with the AC airflow was just not right. Honestly, I began to think we just had too high of expectations or that our memory of the airflow prior to the new unit was incorrect.Today, Dan took all the information/clues we offered and checked EVERYTHING. He found a couple of things that needed to be changed or fixed and we can immediately tell the difference. Thank you!

Excellent experience with Capital City Plumbing and Drain at a reasonable price. Worked with Shawn and his communication was great. Called before he arrived and answered all the questions we had.Worked was well done with our outside pipes and valves and he cleaned the area when he completed the work.Had Shawn also look at our water heater project and he gave us a few different options to consider and was very informative.I would recommend Capital City Plumbing and will give them a ring for next project.

Thorough, patient, and responsive to questions.3. nice guys. bad at communication.I literally talked with 4 people at their company about 3 clogged sinks. They need technology to manage their business.I called to ask for 3 drains to be unclogged.1st issue: they showed up without confirming my availability and I wasn't there to oversee their work. My wife was not aware of the scope of work and let them in. They should have NOT showed up without confirmation.2nd issue: the field tech didn't know what he was supposed to do when he showed up.3rd issue: he completed 1 clog, charged my wife $300 and left4th issue: I called next day to say hey, you didnt do the other 2 sinks I asked for when I called the office. They sent another tech and wanted to charge another $600 to do the remaining two sinks.I asked the tech what would you charge to do all 3 of these in one trip?his response: about $400 I said great, I will pay the difference. He said Nope, boss wont go for that .Thats bad business and even worse communication.I sent them on their way and suggested a software platform to manage their service business.

These guys are awesome. They came out and fixed my problem, same day. Super sweet, super professional. They even helped me with a Texas Round snake in my garden!

They were very personable, courteous and knowledgeable. I called late this morning and they were here by 2:15!! Talk about service!! If you need anything done, don't hesitate to call them. They will be my go-to plumbing service from now on. I will tell my neighbors about them too.

I have used Reliant Plumbing an number of times and have always been exceptionally pleased with the promptness and professionalism of the team, start to finish. From the service manager who I speak to on the phone, to the service provider doing the repair; I could not ask for better service. I most cases I have called for service and have gotten someone over and the repair complete on the same day.My last repair was done by Ryan Collins. Ryan was very prompt, knowledgeable an professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and had the problem resolved in less than a half hour.Sometimes the personal touch can be lost with a larger company, but this is certainly not the case with Reliant Plumbing.
