Best Commercial Plumber in Austin TX
We came to S&D after other plumbing companies failed to fix the draining issues. Since then, we've been a loyal customer of S&D. They are very responsive and of excellent quality! Integrity is key to their business. S&D is true to the plumbing issues/problems and always provides the most efficient solutions. We had a burst pipe outdoors due to the freeze on Christmas Eve. I called them, and they put us on Monday's schedule due to the holidays. They called me back on Monday and came in the afternoon to fix the pipes. Initially, they thought the fix would be more complicated, but later they found it was an easy fix and the cost would be much less. I appreciate it!I seldom leave a review for business unless I'm very impressed. If you are looking for plumbers, S&D is fantastic.

We hired them to install a new cartridge in our shower. We paid over 200$ just for replacing the cartridge (just labor, I already bought the cartridge). When I turned on the shower the whole pluming partly came out of the wall, the plate was loose and there was no caulking. I called and they send someone else who tightened the shower plumbing back to the stud and who screwed the plate to the wall and caulked everything. They also inspected and flushed two water heaters and replaced one rod. All together it was close to 1K. what a rip off.

Let the records show that on this day, I, Fonda Merritt, declared that Mr. Rooter is Austin's strongest plumbers. The work they do exceeds their competition in quality, and they charge highly affordable rates. Excellent stuff, all around.

Make sure you ask lots of questions before using this company. Here's why. I asked to have a plumber dispatched for a new electric water heater that did was not producing hot water. Fast plumbing charge $218 dollars for a diagnostic call. I agreed to the amount.A plumber and apprentice came by in less than an hour. Both people diagnosed the problem as a low voltage or fuse problem. Needless to say fuse issues are outside of their job. However (most) plumbers understand to turn off/on switch was near the water heater was off. In my case my switch was never turned on. This manor issue was missed by the master plumber and apprentice. I called the office hoping to come to a monetary compromise but the office manager refused to take responsibility this BASIC plumbing oversight.

Jeff at Moore & More was an excellent problem solver, taking all the best steps to isolate and find the leak in our home. He explained his steps and expected costs thoroughly and, most importantly, solved our leak when it was a difficult one to track down. If you want a job done right the first time, this is who I would call.

Unfairly high pricing for the service. Paid their service call fee and sent them packing. Just needed a simple kitchen drain unclogged and they wanted to charge over $320. I bought a $4 bottle of drain cleaner, problem solved. Don’t know how they stay in business while trying to rip people off. They will never be used at my home again and will highly recommend to others they use a different and more honest and fairly priced plumbing service.

These are my go-to plumbers--I believe I have used them 4-5 times in the last couple of years. Always on time and work quickly and efficiently. I've had them change out all my toilets to upgrade to water conservative models, fix leaks, fix clogs and slow sink and bathtub drains. They have also replaced my two hot water heaters in my attic which required some skill due to the layout of my attic. Also reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.**Just wanted to update that we are still using Austin Plumbery--just had them out to do some more additional work and still impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. Great company.

I hardly ever write reviews anywhere, for anything, and am pretty private (hence the weird Google name, lol), but had to for these guys. A long-time friend of mine suggested Redbud to me because I was looking for the impossible: professional work, ballpark range of costs upfront with no hidden fees later, experience in working with older homes, a company taking COVID precautions (masks, shoe booties, etc), leave no trace of trash/leftover materials and has excellent customer service. She raved about them & the integrity of their owner. Redbud has exceeded my expectations! I should have written a review last year, but I like to evaluate a company thoroughly first. We had several estimates done on our leaky tub & clogged drain. Not only did they have competitive prices, they fixed the problem & was one of the two companies that actually found the leak in the crawl space. We called them again for our low-pressure shower output, which turned out to be a diverter problem and now the strong flow is awesome. The new faucet is perfect for our claw-foot tub.Another time our hot water heater was corroded, leaked into the house & stopped working. They replaced it and added a drip pan prevent water from ever leaking into the house like that again. One time our furnace needed repair, but the repairman said we also needed a plumber to bring a certain part of the repair job up to code, which that company would be more than happy to do with their own plumber. We let that company take care of the HVAC. However, we called Chris at Redbud & it cost less than half what the other company's plumbing department would have charged. The HVAC company even commented that Redbud did their part of the job right. Now, our kitchen faucet leaks and the pipes underneath the sink are starting to corrode. I didn't think twice, and never will, about who to call for all of our plumbing services.Unlike some companies, they don't tour through your home looking for extra work or have lengthy conversations to convince/upsell you to buy something you don't need. It's great to have this peace of mind & I'm so happy with them!Nicole W., Austin, Tx

Stay away from Abacus, not a good plumber. I'd been without water for 5 days. Ausitn water finally got the pipes repaired. But no water to the house. They said is was probably a blocked pipe. I called abacus about 1pm and explained everything. Receptionist someone would be out and would call 30 minutes before arrival. I called back at in the evening and she said their drainage people were really busy. I told her again, I do not have a drainage problem, I need a plumber. She said someone would be there soon. Finally 11pm someone showed up. The plumber just waled around asked to look at hot water heater. Then told be he would have to knock out walls to look at the pipes. Abacus would not put back or repair the walls , I'd have to call someone else. The job could take a few days. But he said he did know if this would fix my issues. Gave me a quote for $2,700. I had to pay $150 for him doing nothing but give me a big quoteI called Christianson plumbing, very freindly. Got a plumber out quickly. Issue was a blocked pipe like Austin Water said it was. $50 later I have water. 6 days later I finally got a shower.

Great service! I've called on Custom Plumbing Services a couple of times and I'm really pleased. The last service call about a week ago, Charles and Matthew came out and did a great job. They arrived early, were very professional and knowledgeable in their troubleshooting, even cleaned up with a broom where they had to cut into some drywall. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them again.

Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick service! We called on a Monday for 3 separate issues, were scheduled for Wednesday, and had all 3 issues resolved in the same day. Bonus points that David, our technician, was sweet with my toddler. They even worked around my toddler's nap and snack schedule when going out to get parts and coming back to finish the work! They also offer a military discount, so don't forget to ask for it if it applies. Highly recommend!

They were on time, solved the problem and were careful inside our home. I had responded to a no service call promotion which they deducted from our bill. The price seemed reasonable, my only issue is they will not give any estimate over the phone when you call.

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater. One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad. Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater. I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars. Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing. He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape. At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. You won't go wrong if you call Jim.

I've used Nathan's twice for a stubborn bathroom sink. He's always available withing 24 hours of my call, personable, hard working and always takes the time to explain the work done and if possible how to avoid the problem in the future. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this plumber. He's a local business not a chain , so your money is going to stay local and support a neighbor.

Work was completed in a timely manner and the company responded fast. However, the price for the work was insanely overpriced. I was charged 720 for a “full repair”. Afterwards I priced out the same work and was quoted labor/parts would cost 400 max. Moreover, the angular turnoff valve was left damaged.
