They came out multiple times to address a recurrent problem with my toilet. The technicians were always extremely professional, timely, and courteous! I will use them again in the future if need be.

I got several bids for a new tankless system and knew after our conversation I knew I would go with these folks as they clearly knew all the finer details compared to the competition and answered all my questions. They are not the cheapest but in a industry where you get what you pay for these people are worth every penny. Not only my new tankless system works better than ever before, the work looks amazing! I will be showing this off to everyone who comes over! Thanks again!!!

Placed a request for service at 430pm Monday and they were there at 830am Tuesday for an estimate and if agreed upon, get right to work on a new water heater. Seemed a bit pricey at first, but since my water heater was 25 years old, lots of additional work was needed. Mike took a good while to explain all the items and give thorough quoted options to help my peace of mind. Will definitely get my return business. Thanks Mike!

I contacted this company yesterday via text. Alex took my contact information and address and stated someone from the service department would contact me. It's now 3:19 PM the next day and I have yet to hear back from anyone. ARS Roto Rooter was contacted at noon and has already sent out a plumber and fixed my issue.

The tech, Blake, showed up late at night on an emergency call to help with a clogged sewer. He took safety precautions, got the clog cleared and gave us an estimate for future work. Would definitely recommend for an emergency or regular call.

I contacted 1st Home for plumbing problems at home. The response came promptly. Javier was the technician, super professional. Gave us three estimates for solving the problems. We decided without any bias from his side. The work was perfect. I strongly recommend 1st Home & Commercial.

Fantastic! Professional, honest, timely service

Called a plumber, not going to say the name but its initials were Radiant, they wanted $331 to do a very simple snake job on a kitchen sink, I said NO! Enter Joseph from AAA Auger to save the day, what a nice guy. I've used AAA Auger in the past and was always a happy customer, I have no idea why I called those other guys but that's a lesson learned. Save yourself the hassle and just call AAA Auger.

Setting the bar SO high for all other plumbers in the world. Prompt, professional, reasonable, experts, respectful, outstanding work... I could go on & on. I've never seen a business model like this one in plumbing (and I've been a licensed/working real estate agent since 2003... I've worked with a LOT of plumbers). This company is one to be proud of ... true entrepreneurial spirit that cares about the consumer AND their employees.

After having a new washer installed on Saturday, the water valves for the supply lines were leaking. I called Republic Pipeworks and spoke to Jim and explained my problem. He said don't worry we will get you taken care of today. He came out and fixed my problem by replacing the 20 year old valves. I was very impressed! Jim is honest and professional. I plan on using Republic Pipeworks for all my plumbing needs.

When the Air conditioner was blowing my bathroom sink had air coming out; I called turbo and they sent Damian, eh is a great tech, very professional. He checked on my unit and fixed, he also found some other things that were not working properly and helped me out.

Mini split system purchase and install.Installers were unpleasant and would not straiten the clearly unlevel indoor unit of system on wall even after I asked them to.Rather than use a proper base to put outdoor unit on they dug up some of our garden bricks and used them under the unit.Install is janky and unprofessional.I have requested the indoor unit be leveled by a different installer.I have used Efficient in the past so very surprised and disappointed.

Alan and Austin did a superb job locating and fixing a slab leak. They were very detailed and knowledgeable about how to best address and remedy the problem. Both were very professional and truly were empathetic to our situation, and worked effectively and efficiently until the job was completed. Highly recommended!
