Pierre and team have installed two new water heaters, installed dishwasher, replaced toilets, etc. They are always dependable, on-time, professional and overall just do quality work. They also do not push jobs on you or try to scare you into doing work that is not in the customer's best interest. It is great to see small business being run with such integrity. I can't be happier today than right this moment with Capital City Plumbing & Drain. They swooped down like Iron Man and Captain America and saved my day. I left them a message in the middle of the night on Yelp, and not only did they follow up on the message, but they also called me back and found someone to come to my house immediately.Allow me a moment to rave and cheer over the phone call. That was a professional phone call. The lady who called me asked me proper probing questions, got my name and address, had a great follow-up, and sent me a text message and email with links. When she took my email, she even repeated it back, which is not something everyone does. She is an exemplary example of how to take calls for situations like this, and she deserves a raise. Unfortunately, I forgot to write her name down, and that's on me. Yet, I just found it a breath of fresh air given the morning I've had trying to find a plumber to help me.Hunter and Mike arrived, on time, well dressed, and were professionals. In less than 30 minutes, they had figured out what was wrong. This situation will require a follow-up, and I am looking forward to it. Who looks forward to future plumbing jobs? Not me normally, but I am now!Best yet, there wasn't some weird pressure-filled sales situation. They were honest, explained my options, and were fine with what we decided. Had them move a washing machine hookup for me. They came out, gave me a quote, and did the work as promised. They were quick, clean, and courteous. They aren't cheap, but their prices are fair and they did good work.

Ryan came to our home to replace the water heater and we were very impressed with how courteous and professional he was. He arrived at the property early and did such a stellar job especially considering how hot and humid it currently is in Central Texas. He called my husband to see if he had any additional questions after I expressed some confusion regarding some questions my husband had. He even texted me after the job was done to let me know it was completed and when we would have hot water again. Excellent work! I had to replace my A/C and heating system. The program supervisor, Kathryn, was fantastic: she found the most competitive price for my new system and scheduled the installation for the next day! They took care of the installation and insulation of the attic in a few hours and without any issue. I look forward to their maintenance service from no on.

Great service, honest, they are not part of some big organization and don't get kickbacks from particular brands so they do t try and push product on you, they do what you ask and let you know if there are any other problems. They always clear additional work with you BEFORE continuing.

It is well worth the drive from anywhere. This is my 2nd visit. It is quite in depth in the history. It is the jewel of Fredricksburg and then there is the rest, which is food and fun.
