It is very rare that I write a review for a company. Customer service matters and this company gets it! How rare is it that you call a company and are greeted with How can I make you smile? ? The got me on their schedule quickly and kept me updated on the team's arrival. The team that did the hydro jetting told me upfront what the costs would be. They did great work and did it quickly. Plus, the cost ended up being less than expected.

Working in customer service and administrative assistance for over 10 years and my first interaction with first commercial via front desk was very sassy, rude and felt rushed off the phone. The technician was very kind and informative of my AC issue. Administratively; customer service lacks understanding and patience. All I needed to do was clarify information at the time. I had a job to repair a slab leak. Barry came recommended. I had to handle the job remotely. Custom Plumbing was very professional and advised not to tear up the slab till the leak site was detected. It took a few extra days, but once found the guys were in and out without a hitch. I am satisfied and would definitely recommend

Stan's Htg. came out within an hour when I called... Chris Hull was the technician and couldn't be happier with the whole process.. Chris had my A/C working in 30 min... his professionalism , knowledge and customer service I really appreciated .... will definitely use Stan's Htg. again and Chris Hull as well ... for any future problems..

Was quite frankly the only plumbing service that reached out in a timely manner with a scheduled service call for issues related to our hot water tank. They were very reliable and had even made calls to make sure I was aware of their ETA on the diagnostic and the install days.Ben came out and was able to quickly diagnose our tank, and with Brian was able to quickly and effectively replace and solve the problem we were having (end of life issues with the tank).Even more amazing, although their main supplier was closed on the day of install (holiday issues), they took it upon themselves to buy a comparable tank from a big box store and threw in an expansion tank (to avoid water hammer) at no extra cost, even though they'd make less on account of the difference in price on the tank vs. their typical supplier.After install, Brian stayed behind and made sure I was satisfied with the install and explained the maintenance that I could do to extend the life of the tank.We really appreciate their help, and would gladly recommend!

Customer service takes companies far and I was blown away with the customer service Reliant Plumbing had. When I called to make my appointment the dispatcher Brooke was awesome, friendly and informative. She kept me posted the whole time about the techs arrival. When Dustin showed up to the house he was very professional and made sure he showed me what was wrong and even explained how this happen. I will be a customer for life !

McGinnis Plumbing was great. So easy to work with and quality work for a complicated problem. Saved me some money with some alternative solutions while installing a tankless hot water heater.

Called about problems with our water heater. Austen got back to me within minutes. After describing what was going on he said he knew exactly what the problem was and that he didn’t even need to come out but could walk us through it over the phone. My husband called later that evening when he got home from work and sure enough within minutes our water heater was back to working perfectly!! Not only that but he didn’t even charge us anything. So grateful for his honest, knowledgeable, and gracious help!! Will definitely be using them again!!!

Fast , friendly service

These guys were fast to respond to my online request for unclogging a drain. Casey was at the house less than 20min after I filled out that form. He was friendly, courteous and even had suggestions about future layouts while we discussed future plans for our house. Great experience with these folks. I’ll definitely use them again. -Jeriah

I made an confirm apointment with them, but followed up with them and they said I wasn't on the list. They came up with alot of excuses about why I was not on the confirm appointment-excuses were new employee, and new computer system. I was waiting for them all day, what a waste of time!
