This was my first time using the services of S&D, but when I run into plumbing issues I’m the future I will definitely use them again. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and diagnosed, gave me a fair estimate and fixed my issue within 20 mins. Cole is a solid guy and a definite asset to the company. Can’t say I ever like paying for plumbing, but I am happy chose S&D.

The good: they fixed the plumbing issue we had in the bathroom.The bad: the fix they propose to resolve the leak issue with the drinking water faucet was to replace the filtering system. They gave me a quote of over $1k. I said no. I replaced the faucet myself and that fixed it. And it costed me $40. The scheme felt intentional because they hardly spent time diagnosing.

A&T Plumbing to the rescue! We've used these guys multiple times over several years and they've never let us down. They showed up on time, fixed a really tough problem with our kitchen sink, and did it with a smile. A&T is rock solid and I'll always go with them when I need plumbing help. Not a bad company. I can tell they're professional. But their prices is quite high compared with others. Their water heater install quote was 1,000+ more than Lowe's and home depot. Partly because they said the permit fee will be about 400 more than what the other guys looked up. They also charge a 50 dollar fee just to come out and give an estimate whereas the other companies did it for free (fees waived if you go through with their service).Another thing, the water heater picked by this company for the install was significantly more expensive than the best rated, highly warrantied (by lots of people) A.O. Smith one you can buy from Lowes. I don't know why anyone won't just buy one from Lowes and do the install.In the end, I went with Lowe's water heater install. They hired Fairway Plumbing, who did the job quickly and efficiently. Fairway Plumbing guys (not this company, the ones hired by Lowes) put down matts to catch debris, and was in and out in record time.Given the service fee charged by Mr. Rooter for every call, the discrepancies in fees, and the nickle-and-diming for every small thing that needs to be done, I have a hard time recommending them if you need a new water heater.Edit: I see the reply from the owner on my post. That is nice. I wish I knew which changes they made. If they lowered the fees / overestimates, I'd be open to changing my mind about them.

I called fast plumbing for two different jobs and they were terrific. Melissa is responsive, thorough, and super helpful. I needed advice on the best way to plumb a guest bath addition and the guys came out, analyzed the current plumbing layout and really helped find the best way to plumb the new bathroom- and it was not an easy task!! I am planning to hire them to do the complete plumbing work on a new guest bathroom addition. I highly recommend the team at Fast Plumbing.

Dylan with Ben Franklin plumbing was amazing and so knowledgeable and patient with us regarding our issue. Being new home owners we are learning a lot about our house and we just had a crash course in sewer plumbing. Dylan was quick, assessed the issue, provided us with great information and things to look out for, etc. He resolved our issue quickly and we also had him quote more plumbing items we need to fix sooner than later. I can rest easy now that my issue is fixed and learned a ton in the process.

Austin Plumbery is definitely a five-star company. They are professional, timely, and have reasonable rates. I have used them for my home and for the campus that I manage. Joe was very patient and accommodating through my recent bathroom remodel. He had to come multiple times, and it was always with a smile. Plus, it's a female-owned business, and I am one for supporting women in the trades.

This plumber was a great find! They called us back quickly, arrived on time, and diligently solved our tricky clogging problem using a straightforward and well explained approach. Charles and Matthew were the plumbers who worked on our project to install several new water fountains for our Pre-K. Both were very professional and respectful to our staff. They made sure everything was done according to code and made sure everything was working properly. They cleaned up the area very nicely. Definitely will use Custom Plumbing again.
