He repaired two outdoor garden spigots(which used to leak and spray water everywhere whenever I used them.) and fixed a slow filling toilet and faucet leak! From front desk scheduling to onsite they were fast, courteous, professional. Gage and Robert replaced the wax ring in my upstairs bathroom. They recommended to test for water damage (there was none) and came back the next day to finish the job. They diagnosed the original problem which put my mind at ease. They answered all my questions and also finished my home install of a Japanese bidet toilet lid (love it!).

Quick to respond to text, quick to respond to calls, and must be good enough at their jobs to predict exactly how long anything takes, because they said I'd be the second job of the day and they nailed that time, too. They were great when they showed up and provided exactly what I was after - no frills, no add ons, no hassle.

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
