He was able to identify the problem, provided a few options and got too work. He was punctual, professional, and very detailed! He made a frustrating situation stress free. We were highly impressed.

Brent, Jordan, and Jarrod did great work for a clog garbage disposal. I helped them myself to unclog my garbage disposal. Paid $165.00 for complete service. This service repair seems really high, especially for not replacing the garbage disposal unit itself. It was a very expensive service.

We brought Mr. Rooter in to clean up after a less experienced plumber made a mess of our master bath faucet and valve replacement.Mr. Rooter had an experienced licensed plumber on site the same day. Alvin was great, explaining everything that was wrong, and everything he was going to do to fix it up. We are already planning our next project with Mr. Rooter.

We called in the evening with a 6-10 pm appt. which got pushed back to 9 pm-1 am. Having to work the next day we opted to wait and set up a 10 am - 1 pm appt. The technician was not able to get to the house until 3 pm that day. However, once there he was very nice, professional and quick. I was running 5 mins behind and when I arrived at the house he was already looking into our issue. (It was a leak in the front yard.) I would use this company again unless it was something I needed fixed immediately as the wait time was unpredictable. That is the only reason they got 4 stars instead of five.

Mr david moore is my hero called this morning with clogged drain and he immediately sent a team to my house to fix problem i was under a lot of stress and felt alone and hopeless thanks to him he gave a sense o f relief and assurance that my life will be okay i have mental health issues ( depression, and suicidal thoughts) his team were very professional and knowledge able and have great comuniction skills i honestly believe that he saved me from losing my mind thank you so much his team also treated me like i was important to them always a plus again thank you moore and more plumbing.

Justin showed up same day, within an hour(on a weekend) of calling to fix a drain blockage that I couldn’t fix myself. He was thorough and made sure it was as clear as possible before calling it good. Thanks!!

The man (Chase) was very efficient and answered all my questions. He was nice and arrived quickly once we had called the service with a minor crisis with our air conditioner. These guys were awesome! I had a massive leak under my sink and tried one company that didn’t even answer the phone and then this one who replied, was kind and prompt. Not only did they fix the issue they went above and beyond to replace the long awkward pipes we had and reposition our garbage disposal to make more room under our faucet. Rare is the service that goes above the call of duty these days. Many thanks to you guys!! Highly recommend. (And they wore masks, so respectful of the times too.)
