Excellent experience with Capital City Plumbing and Drain at a reasonable price. Worked with Shawn and his communication was great. Called before he arrived and answered all the questions we had.Worked was well done with our outside pipes and valves and he cleaned the area when he completed the work.Had Shawn also look at our water heater project and he gave us a few different options to consider and was very informative.I would recommend Capital City Plumbing and will give them a ring for next project.

We have used fast plumbing a few times, most recently to replace our broken disposal. Our technician was nice, on time, and worked quickly and professionally. Their prices are fair and they respond quickly (we called at night and they came the next day)

They charged me $89 to do absolutely nothing. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because they responded quickly, and they have nice people on the phone. I requested them out because I live at the bottom of a hill, and my grinder pump alarm was activated. You would think a plumber would bring the appropriate tools to fix such a thing, otherwise they would say they're not capable of completing the job. Instead, they come out, realize they can't access it because they need to pump sewage out. The two employees that came here recommended a guy that can pump it for me, and then they can come back and finish the work at a later time. $89 just to come out here for a total of five minutes and tell me that they can't do the work. Sounds like something they could've told me over the phone instead of sending someone out, and wasting my time and money. They made a quick and easy $89 off of me for a dispatch fee. Complete bull. Meanwhile, I can't use the water or toilet until that's completed, I don't think so...I called Rooter Man, and they got out here in an hour. They said they could pump it using a transfer pump to see what was going on. They fixed it in an hour, and left. Should've called them to begin with.

This plumber was a great find! They called us back quickly, arrived on time, and diligently solved our tricky clogging problem using a straightforward and well explained approach. I was impressed by their knowledge and grateful they were able to help us so quickly. Their rates are affordable too. I am sure we will use them again, they are excellent.

Beware!! Truly disappointed. first came out & said ants had eaten the plastic off the wire to the capacitor and it caused a short. Took all of 10 minutes was a $400 charge. Next day ac still not cooling so we call Stans Heating air and plumbing back. When the Rep came we asked if he checked the freon levels before he left he admitted he did not. This time we are being told our freon was low & we may have a leak to test if we have a leak $160 & $200 for freon. Rep Tells us there is a leak the coil the ac is a poor design and if we put freon in it should last us this summer season. So we agree to have freon added. Rep states that a coil repair would cost us $3000. We asked how much a unit would cost he tells us $4500. Rep states he will have the office call us with the quote. We received quote next day. We are told coil replacement will be $3500 & if we are looking for a new ac that would run us $4500-$10,000. Didn't even offer any type of rebates or discounts for what we had been charged for. We have wasted $700 and our house is 90 degrees. Now we need to look for someone else and will need to pay another service fee. It's just interesting to me that we had 2 completely different problems from one day to the next that needed repair. I would think if I'm paying $400 the first time they come out they would check the whole unit over. Also paid $220 for freon that didn't even last 24 hours! IF he tested for a Freon leak don't u think he would noticed how big the leak was and not recommended to add freon for $200?!? Never Again!! All I have to say is Beware !!

The team was quick and did a very good job.

When moving to our new, and recently renovated home, we discovered that the drains in both the master bathtub and shower were clogged and slow to drain water. A call first thing in the morning to Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain was quickly answered, and a technician was promised by early afternoon. When a technician became available earlier than that, we received a follow up call from the company, and the tech arrived shortly thereafter. The Tech was prompt, polite, and talked us through what he saw, and let us know exactly what their service would cost us before he began any work. Once approved, the work was completed in a timely manner, and the root cause of the problem (a contractor had used the drain to get rid of excess plaster!) was made known to us.All in all, we couldn't be happier with Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain. Their service was fast and professional, and their pricing was more than fair for the service provided. If I could give them more than five stars, I certainly would!

Tyler and Tyler of Garrison Plumbing are straight up professional dudes. Good dispositions and always helpful in explaining what they are doing. Had several plumbing projects that they fixed/replaced with attention to detail. Each time they did something new they would check to make sure the previous project was working as expected. Would use them again.

These guys are expensive. They quoted me to find a leak and fix it. Ended up getting the work done by someone else by a 25% of the cost.

This company fit my house & flood problems into their busy snow freeze schedule to help eliminate my flooding issue I had in the bathroom of poor plumbing. Got the job done in a timely manner not with just one in employee but two! Later after a couple of months the plumbing issue returned slightly & this company guaranteed their previous work. Now we are flood free & no more plumbing issues. They are definitely LEGIT!! Job well done!! 150%

Jami is excellent! He’s very professional and knowledgeable and honest. I planned to ask him do a smog test to identify where the bad smell in a bathroom was coming from. Before the test Jami checked the bathroom and felt the smell was not sewer gas but some rotten animal. Then he found a dead rat in the attic that caused the smell! This saved my a lot of money! Really appreciate Jami’s work. I’ll definitely use his service next time!
