I had a technician come out to diagnosis a partial failure of some plugs on a circuit. The tech was very polite, nice and on time. Per company policy he looked over my entire electrical system. Then he proceeded to give me a very expensive estimate to fix everything that he found that was not up to current code but would not even look at the reason why I called him there. The items he was recommending had no correlation with the problem I was having. I ended up calling another company that found and fixed the problem I called about. I have owned multiple service based companies and totally disagree with the policies of this company. When a customer calls about an issue you should address that first and foremost and then inform them of other things you noticed.

Really good experience with Goettl today. Jackson, finished his previous appointment a little earlier and was able to come out sooner. He was very insightful and fully explained some issues that he found and we were able to get them corrected. Would recommend for anyone!

They won't call back regarding over charging my senior mother. Her ac went out and she needed a new thermostat. She was charged $490 for a basic not wifi enabled thermostat and install (this was not an emergency service call). The thermostat is $80 retail. So people on fixed income they completely take advantage of and do not take care of customers. I will be escalating to BBB if I do not hear from someone soon. And I suggest if you are looking for services look elsewhere.

Daniel responded to my call about my unit running but no cold air blowing. Turns out the unit was frozen from the evaporator coil all the way down the line to the outside unit. Daniel was incredibly helpful and kind as he helped my family get cold air blowing again in the heat of summer. Great service, highly recommend that you request Daniel for service when you call FOX!

I had Zach come out to do a maintenance on my AC. He was prompt, professional, and very informative. I just bought a new home and had a lot of questions about my AC. He was patient and answered all my questions.At the end of it, I got a clean bill of health for my AC, some things to watch out for, and basic things I can do to keep my AC running in top shape.Would recommend ARS and Zach.

Not even 3 months after we purchased and installed a new system, the entire system stopped working in the middle of TEXAS SUMMER. We knew what the problem was so we called for some help and they charged us a ridiculous amount just to tell us what we already knew! They didn't even fix it! No consideration for the new system or for covid-19 hardships. I'm so disappointed. I do not recommend this company.
