Mark found and fixed my plumbing problem in our Bathroom in no time.
As usual he was efficient and professional.

Way overcharged to snake the drain. Removed the toilet but did not put it back on correctly so there is constantly water leaking out all over my bathroom floor now. Wanted to charge us $4,200 to rip up floors and break through the foundation to fix a pipe. Ended up going with someone else who fixed it from the outside and never had to touch anything inside. Both of the people that came out were kind, but overall very frustrating experience. Paid $600 to be left with even more problems than we started with.

I had a new shower head installed and a toilet set. I had no complaints on the work completed; however I did feel I was overcharged based on the conversations I had with the Rolland Reach team. I called in and spoke with Kyle and he actually made adjustments on the final invoice. What a wonderful surprise. Lettow Plumbing is a set it and forget it plumber. There’s no need to stress about whether they will show up, stand behind their work, or complete your project with quality. It’s in their DNA! The owners and employees all share the same integrity and I’d be confident in hiring them for any plumbing need.

We had a plumbing issue on which we used this company. This issue was not corrected and when it got worse the Owner would not stand behind his work and said he would charge us again even though the issue was not fixed.

Gordon was outstanding. He was very professional and was doing everything to detect the problem. Once he ascertained what the problem was he was back the next morning to fix it. He was very respectful of not messing up our home. Very Pleased with his Excellent Professionalism!!!

Watch out for these guys on the highways they race each other, pull in front of people and slow down traffic so the other guy can catch up. Giving people an evil smile when they pass all the while playing with our lives... this seamed fun to them. Accident prone. If this is actually how they are away from work and in a company vehicle not caring about other peoples life while driving... I want no part of this company. This was on Jan. 13th on interstate 10 going west a little after 4pm. There were two bright yellow trucks speeding weaving in and out of traffic. Looked like they were messing with a smaller car trying to block that person in-between them... I saw the car go into the emergency lane to get away from them.

After spending over $400 with another plumber and spending more money with an independent leak detection service, Dave with DWV found and fixed our slab leak in 4 hours. Both the first plumber and the leak detection people were looking in the wrong room of our house. If you are looking for someone that takes pride in their work, a true professional, you need to call Dave at DWV.

First off, the ladies in the office, Marlena and Amber are amazing. Very polite, very helpful. They answer any questions you may have and just all around friendly. When the guys came out to fix our slab leak, both of them were super nice very professional yet they made you feel like you are friends. And they did a fantastic job.
