I contacted Steven's Plumbing last week after reading the reviews. Steven called me back within one day and agreed to work me into his busy schedule over the next week or two. Steven took the time to explain in detail what possible outside faucet replacements that I could use. I found him to be very honest and patient during the repair job.

Peyton Plumbing did a great job on my hot water heater replacement and addition of an outside shower in our pool area.

Griffin installed an HVAC unit supporting the upper level of our home about three years ago. It became time to replace the unit that supports the lower level of our home and our earlier experience with Griffin was so positive, of course, we contacted them to provide our new unit.Just like our original experience, Kyle very responsively provided us with a proposal that was easy-to-understand. We moved forward with the contract and were delighted that Griffin's technicians arrived the following day. They were well-prepared, on-time, and very courteous. They completed the installation in less than a day, and without any incidents.Griffin would be a great paradigm for any Small Business.

Synder saved the day. My tech Changus is the consummate professional: Knowledgeable and courteous. He wasted no time in diagnosing, explaining the problem, and fixing it; all at a very reasonable price. All this was done after their competitor misdiagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate of 4 times what I actually paid after Changus was all done. Thank you Snyder!

I used a home warranty and this company was sent. I sent a picture of what needed to be fixed. Apparently, they had an idea what needed to be replaced because that's all the plumber brought in. It was a $5 part and very easily fixed. I'm sure the person I dealt with via text could've suggested I try that since it was such an easy fix. Instead, I had to pay the warranty fee of $100. The shower faucet needed to be replaced with a simple screw which took no longer than 3 minutes. I'm disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of.... after leaving this review and texting the same to the woman I had been dealing with, I received a call that was less than apologetic. This confirmed my original posting and I would definitely not recommend working with them.
