Home Depot misrepresented the time it would take for their contractors to replace my home water heater. Then contractor didn't even show up within the window they provided, gave a ridiculously expensive estimate and never followed up after leaving my house. Jerry with Everybody's Plumbing took my call and replaced my water heater in the same day for a very reasonable price. He was courteous, compassionate, punctual and competent. Very impressed. Would recommend hhim/his company to anyone.

Crystal set me up with an appointment, then I found leak and she got her team out to me within hours of my urgent call. Joe was able to repair my pipe and I could use water again without waste. I have used DWV plumbing for years. David has replaced my shower, gas water heater, kitchen sink faucet, & even come out on a Sunday to clear a blocked bathroom. He has always given me a fair price & I have never had any issues with the quality of work. When he replaced my shower, he left my bathroom cleaner than it had been before they came out, even down to cleaning the fan vent & repainting the AC vent cover. I had an issue with water heater installed by the previous owner. After failed attempts by 3 different plumbers the team from this company was able to fix it. They knew what they are doing and even though it was a very unusual issue they ware able to fix it.

This company came out to check some items the needed attention in my kitchen and I've got to say, the attention to detail of their tech was second to none. He went above and beyond of what I asked. My tech was Shawn Conner.
