I used Larry Teague's plumbing for an entire re-pipe due to a slab leak at my home. During the re-pipe the input line to the water softener was damaged and began to leak. I contacted the number they left me in the event of any problems, and they attempted to repair the leak but instead placed the softener in bypass to stop the leak and asked that I order new o-rings and clips. Once the parts were received they spent over 4 hours trying to stop the leak, but were unsuccessful. Three months later, after receiving excuse after excuse why it can't be repaired, I got in contact with Jerry from everybody's plumbing, and the leak was repaired in less than 30 minutes. WOW!

I had a water softener installed by Roland Reash Plumbing. After the job was completed and the plumbers left I had resin coming out of all my water lines. This is a brand new home and my lines were all of a sudden block from the resin because they installed it backwards. A second crew came back to fix the problem and also installed the filter on the softener backwards and could not unclog my lines and left at 10:30 PM. The next day another crew came back and replaced all my new sink faucets and toilet bowl parts and cleaned out all my lines the showers,dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator line for the ice. The pipes outside and inside were never wrapped or caulked leaving that for me to do. I never received a courtesy call from the owner to apologize and to see if everything was satisfactory. What a nightmare. I hope down the road this will not cause me a problem or a expense. I hired them because of their 5 star rating. I'm very dissatisfied with Roland Reash Plumbing

Had a service need and had a plumber at the door in a few hours. Mitchell and his associate were very professional. They fixed the issue very quickly and gave me good advice towards a long term solution to the problem. Thanks to Amber as well for setting up the service call. Was not expecting to have the issue resolved in a day let alone a few hours, so that was a bonus.

I asked for a pump out and inspection and they were able to come out three day after calling. They call about thirty minutes before they arrive and explain the process and all problems my tank had. I couldn't ask for better service.

I have used DWV plumbing for years. David has replaced my shower, gas water heater, kitchen sink faucet, & even come out on a Sunday to clear a blocked bathroom. He has always given me a fair price & I have never had any issues with the quality of work. When he replaced my shower, he left my bathroom cleaner than it had been before they came out, even down to cleaning the fan vent & repainting the AC vent cover. I had particles in my hot water line. I talked to a few plumbers and other peoples with backgrounds in plumbing. And they thought it might be a break in the waterline in my slab. I talked to Gary Hall, explain to him what was going on, he asked me a question: by chance do you have a tankless hot water heater. The answer was yes. My water is so hard that the minerals were being cooked by my tankless hot water heater and creating particles. They came in and cleaned out the tankless hot water heater, and installed a water conditioner. The water conditioner should remove all the minerals, plus the water taste better. They did a great job, prices were very reasonable, and the people explained everything that they were doing for me.They just came back for a follow up, checked up on me, and they refused to take any money from me. What a fantastic outfit.
