Daniel was amazing. We had two different people come out prior to him to fix our leaky sink faucet, both of which stated they couldn’t fix the problem and it was a “user error”. Daniel found the problem immediately and replaced our faucet in minimal time. Highly recommended him for services and as a leader of his company.

I'm so glad that I called Rotor Rooter! My kitchen sink and bathroom sink were not draining. They had been like that for a while. I was hesitant to call them. I thought it would be more than I could afford and started to call someone else but after reading the reviews, I decided to go with them. Gary was the plumber that came out. He was professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing and informed me of products that Rotor Rotter offers to keep my septic tank running the way its supposed to. If you're having plumbing issues don't hesitate to call them and ask for Gary. You'll be glad you did!!

Called at 5:30 am on a Friday morning to leave a message and the returned my call by 7 am and were out to fix the leak by 8:30 am. Everyone I talked to was very polite, explained exactly what the problem was and what they were going to do to fix it. Finished in under an hour. Prices were reasonable for the timing of the repair and the location of the leak. They even told me things they'd noticed I would need to look out for that weren't a problem at the moment but so I'd be aware if they did become a problem in the future. I'd definitely recommend them.

Nolan has replaced my toilets, faucets, garbage disposal, and installed a water softener. All projects were completed with no issues.

Terrible service. Steve came out to my store to assess a problem I was having with the sink and toilet. He gave me the vaguest of answers before giving me his card and leaving my problem unresolved. I called the next day and asked for him. His secretary told me he'd call me back. Never heard from him.

I would highly recommend Peyton Plumbing. All of the drains started backing up into the house late in the evening, we tried everything we could to fix it without success. We called Scotty with Peyton Plumbing in the morning and he was here a few hours later. The problem was found quickly and was fixed in less than an hour. We haven't had a problem since so we are very pleased with the service. He was very professional, explained what the problem was and what was done to fix the issue.

Purchase a toilet from Home Depot with removal and installation. The gentleman that came was courteous in every manner. When he removed the existing toilet he showed me the flange was cracked in two places. That explained why it was rocking. He explained how he was mounting the new flange that we would never have that problem again. I would have this gentleman come and do any plumbing work I needed and highly recommend him on all plumbing jobs. He is an asset to his company.

We called with electrical problem. Good professional phone assistance. Got an appt for the next day. Excellent service from the time the phone was answered through the time Sam and his assistant Chris (excellent) handled our problem. We will continue to use them .
