The workmen brought all his own equipment, he protected the cabinet and floor from runoff, he checked to make sure the snake went the right direction, he unplugged the clog, and he was very nice and patiently answered all my questions. I have used them before and never been disappointed. Dexter was great and I would highly recommend him.

I ordered two high-end commodes with bidet and need them installed. I called this company and asked how much an installation would be. The receptionist said that she couldn't give me a price b/c it varies, which I understood. So I asked if she could give me a low end and high end so I could have an idea, she refused.She said that they have to come out and look at the toilets and give me a price, and they CHARGE me $60 just to give me a price, but that the $60 would go towards the service. So I said, What if I don't like the price and decline service? She replied, You still have to.pay the $60.I cannot believe that they want me to pay them $60 just to tell me how much they'll charge!! Shysters, that's what you are! Awful, awful manner in which you treated me. ?

I had an issue with the kitchen sink that I tried to fix but with no luck. I called David and he came right away and was able to fix the problem. He was very professional and did a great job. Highly recommend if you need any plumbing done. Thank you for the great service

I pay my bills, I guess they got the hope and change and I got the shaft. . . . .PAY YOUR BILLS.

Needed some plumbing work yesterday and called Steven. He came out the same day and did a great job for us again. We used him before when we moved to NE Florida to install our whole house water softener and filtered water lines on our 2 refrigerators. Very reliable, professional, and reasonably priced.

BEWARE, USE EXTREME CAUTION! Very unprofessional, incompetent, and they lie! Arvin was sent to repair my hot water tank, who was 40 minutes late for a 8:00 AM scheduled appointment. He said I needed an electrician, because the electricity needed for the tank was not compatible with what I have. When asked why was it installed then, he replied the guy that installed it 3 years ago didn't work for them any more (I never told him a name). He also told me, he called his office and they did not do the install, (I have paper work showing they did). He left with doing NOTHING! I called the office to explain the issues I had and spoke with Donna, she was very kind and said she would email the manager and district manager. After hearing nothing for hours, I called again, she gave me the managers name (Mark) and phone number so I could contact him. ALL of many calls to Mark went to voice mail, and I heard NOTHING FROM THE MANAGER OR DISTRICT MANAGER VIA EMAIL. I continued to call the office, for help and guidance about if I needed an electrician, because of the lies Arvin had told me. Not knowing what to do next, I called an electrician and he was at my home at 3:00 PM. The electricity is fine in my home for the hot water tank, because when the install was done, parts were added to make it compatible, why didn't Arvin see that? What I need is a new thermostat and heating element, again why didn't Arvin find that? I know why; the man is incompetent!! I finally spoke to A.J. in the office around 4:30, I told him what the electrician had found. He said I had to call Rheem myself to get the parts, REALLY. A.J> finally saw things my way and returned my call saying it would take 2-4 business days for the parts, Oh my gosh! NO HOT WATER FOR 2-4 BUSINESSS DAYS!!! I say again, BEWARE AND VERY CAUTION if Home Depot (where I bought the tank) tells you this company will do the install. Also if you look online, the Better Business Bureau the rating is a C-.Sandy R.

Snyder has been a great company for me. First time I called them they exceeded my expectations, reason for me to have them on my contact list for A/C repairs.
