Had a flexible slot at 10am immediately. I took it. They showed up 15 min. early (!!) and did superior work -- narrating what needed to be done step by step. Proactive communications. Had to have the whole house re piped, since the previous owner (a landlord, surprise) used the lowest possible bidder. The plumbers sent out by this company were phenomenal. Zachary, the plumber, explained what was wrong in depth, and patiently answered all of my questions, as I am barely familiar with the subject. They also fixed the drain on the bathroom sink while they were here, it's so nice to have that working. I will definitely be giving them a call the next time I need plumbing work done!

Kingdom Based Plumbing was by far the most professional plumbing service I’ve ever used in my 67 years of existence. I woke up to: no hot water, and gave Kindom Based Plumbing a quick text at 8:30 am. In less than 1 hour they texted me back asking a few more specifics and said they could take a look at it later that morning.They quoted me an estimate for the job and had my water heater beautifully installed in no time, at a very reasonable price.What impressed me most was the fact that they kept in constant communication with me and didn’t try to up charge me anything. They didn’t even try to charge me an emergency service price! The techs were professional, courteous, and thorough. Even the person working in the office was great to work with. As well as the owner. I called to get information on a kitchen faucet installation. I truly am unfamiliar with the process and asked a few questions. I was totally going to use their services, but needed some reassurancing. However, the guy who answered the phone was snarky with a sarcastic tone. Not how you should treat potential customers. The phone interaction alone with the guy who answered the phone would detour anyone from utilizing their services.
