Jacob and Nikkolas were on time and ready to work. They corrected under sink piping that caused a malfunction with my garbage disposal. Got it back working in no time. Also, replaced a bathroom vanity plumbing line behind the wall and cleaned up old left over pipe. MY seem pricy to most but a job well done.

They've installed a water heater and remodeled a bathroom for us, and we will forever use them for all of our plumbing needs. Lettow is reliable, honest, very reasonably priced, quick on responding either call or text, exceptional work and great staff. I met Mr. Lettow on the 2nd job. I have used Gavin and Steven for various projects on my house. They have done work involving repairing a broken pipe, installing an outdoor shower/relocating lines for my summer kitchen, installing a tankless water heater, and now helping me with some pool issues. I couldn’t be happier with all the work they have done. They take the time to explain what needs to be done, are professional, and provide great value for their price. Other contractors I have used have commented on the quality work that they do. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work you need whether it’s a simple repair or something more complex.

Has a charge for an estimate. That should have been my 1st warning but I went ahead with the estimate. They later called and said they couldn't help me as the utility company here in Clay doesn't allow drip irrigation on recycled water. I identified myself as an Orange Park resident when I called and stated that I was looking into drip irrigation for the hedges/ground cover. I should have been told THEN that you couldn't do/didn't want the work not after I've paid for an estimate.I called Clay County Utility Authority, spoke with a manager and found that they did discourage putting drip irrigation on recycled water in the past due to possible drip emitter damage from contaminants in the water. This is no longer their policy and they fully support water conservation efforts by their customers.Thanks for the experience. I found companies that don't charge for estimates and are current on local utility company conservation efforts.Not recommended.5/17/18P.S. Just saw owner's response, too funny. If you have no idea who I am, you need to return that fee charged to my credit card on 4/26/18.

Woody has been the most helpful contractor that my wife and I have ever worked with. We have used him multiple times. He showed up within an hour for an emergency call because of a leaking valve (we were lucky that he was in the area at the time). We've used him for two separate planned plumbing jobs. Both times he showed up when he said he was going to, did the job (while keeping us informed of any issues), and was very professional the whole time. He's at the top of our list when ever we need something done.

Great Service! He built and installed our house water softener and filter in 2017. Technically savy , professional, and responsive to questions in a timely manner even 1 1/2 yrs after installation.

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.

When my 17 year old heat pump began to fail, I called Donovan Heat and Air. A technician, Greg, was sent to my home and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. At that time, I asked Greg if I could get a quote on a new system. Within minutes, I received three quotes via email from Kyle. Greg explained the three systems offered. I chose the system I thought best for me and several days later installation technicians, Blake and Nick, showed up to install my new system. They reviewed their work plan with me and ensured that I understood what they were going to do and that it met my requirements. The quality of the installation was above and beyond my expectations. Blake and Nick did a fantastic job and take a great deal of pride in their work. All of the people that I had contact with at Donovan Heat and Air were knowledgeable, informative, courteous, and professional in all aspects of their work.I highly recommend Donovan Heat and Air and will continue to utilize them throughout the service life of my new equipment and beyond.

Called my home warranty company and they dispatched All Hour Emergency Plumbing. I had a four hour window but called in after the first hour to get bumped up and the lady was so kind on the phone. I got a text that the tech would be out 5 min after I spoke with her! The tech was quick and knew what he was doing! All around this company was Professional, Efficient and Knowledgeable! Will call them for any other plumbing services needed on any of our properties.

Run!!!! If you're thinking of hiring this company!! We hired them and the damages and mess they left behind was TERRIBLE!!! The Owner will not admit to fault nor reimburse us for the damages they've done. The tech that came out to do the work brought a helper with him. And the mess they made was horrible. The helper even admired my home yet he disrespected it by damaging door frames, leaving some kind of marks on my blinds, doors and walls. That will not come off!! They even left a dirty hand print! Wanna bet if I had one of them place their hand on it, it would match! And I had just painted that room! One of the marks the helper made on the door frame we all know he did!!! Me, my husband and both employees saw him bang into the wall with the bottom of the machine!! The tech even told him to be more careful and the Owner still says it's not his responsibility. They also didn't cut down the bolts on 2 toilets, so they sent the same tech back out, had him cut them down and put the caps on. He also took pictures with his cell phone to show the Owner because that's what the Owner wanted and the Owner still says it's not his responsibility. When the tech came out he asked us not to hold this against the company. The tech also said that now he could fire his helper because he was tired of him damaging things. The helper is suppose to look around and clean up and the tech admitted that he didn't look over the job to make sure nothing was ruined. Again, not the Owners responsibility!! I will NEVER deal with this company again and I will make sure my friends don't use them either. They were recommended to us by another plumber we've used, his number is getting trashed too!! Next time Roto Rooter will be used. Also, I was a bit surprised when this company only accepted CASH or CHECK, hmmm!
