Great customer service and attention to detail!

We had hard water build up in our solar water tank. My husband called them yesterday and they came out today. The Sunshine State Plumber found the buildup, cleaned the pipe and got us on our way to full running hot water in no time at all. He was fast and we got a good price. We were installing a new dishwasher, but the water valve was stuck. Called Betros plumbing and they sent out Tyler Willhite. He arrived at within 1/2 hour, repaired the valve, and everything worked fine. Definitely would recommend Betros and Tyler as a technician.

They were so rude on the phone after refusing to quote me for a water heater flush. I was planning on also having them quote me for a water softening system install, but forget it I'll find somebody else.

Fast honest and professional

The manager came to our place named David and he arrived at 7am without a heads up. Next he proceeded to go and fill up the sink with water so he can snake up on the roof and see if it drains. Now before Dave even visited our sink didn't drain fast enough it was slow. But after his visit no more draining. And he charged us 136$ for his b.s service. Terrible service will not use or recommend.
