Superb, professional in every way - Turner Plumbing is the finest entity with which I have ever dealt. 'Honesty and integrity' infused every aspect of the re-piping project done at my home March 17, 18, 21. 22 and 23rd 2016. The bid submitted by 'Buzz' Turner on March 1st was solid - ie, even though an unexpected second leak was found from my home to the street which entailed extra work. Each person I met/talked with was knowledgeable and courteous, starting with Mr Turner...Carrie and Lisa answered my many calls/questions patiently! The men who came to my home were on-time and always both pleasant and professional: Chris Herbst and Matthew, James, David, Jordan and Tyler came to do the piping. Afterward, John - who did tile replacement, Daniel who did electrical work and, finally, Charlie Miller who did the drywall...all were courteous and arrived at their appointed times.In conclusion, I appreciated my experience with this company: it could not have been better.

I had a fairly small job ... leaking valve in the master shower and an improperly installed handle from a different company. Called RRP John came out quickly and did a great job at a fair price ... I was so happy with their work that I asked them to replace my hot water heater. They scheduled the work within 4 hours, this time Mike took care of it and again the price and quality exceeded my expectations. Use these guys, they are great at their craft.

I called Affordable Plumbing yesterday about what I feared was a slab leak (but I told them my water was off so it wasn't a rush) and they were able to get me in first thing this morning. Hayley was my plumber and she was so good! She was able to diagnose the problem with my weird old house plumbing and find the leak, which luckily was not under my house! Once she found it, she patched up both (copper) pipes that had holes in them. She was very professional and personable. I will definitely call them in the future when I'm ready to re-pipe my house.

The service technician, Marcel was on time, professional, courteous and respected my home. He carefully listened me explain the design of drain system and the current problem. Marcel quicky and correctly isolated the problem and cleared the drain. I highly recommend Duck Duck Rooter and will request Marcel for all my future plumbing needs.

We have used Lettow Plumbing twice and each time they have been prompt, polite, cheerful and honest. Just so easy to have in my home... And the guys even took their shoes off before coming in my home and I didn't even have to ask them to do that!

Stumbled across Top of the Line Plumbing looking for a replacement water heater...so glad I did! Spoke to Gavin over the phone and he thoroughly explained all my options. When Scott came to do the work, he was on time, professional and VERY efficient. Gavin was in the are so he even dropped by to check on us and make sure everything was ok! So happy with it, I had them some and correct some mistakes a previous plumbing company had made. EXTREMELY happy with that service call as well!Plumbing work is not inexpensive...but with don't hesitate to call Top of the Line. They will get the job quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price! Now, I know who to call when I need something done right AND who to recommend to friends if they need a plumber!

They hire some very reckless drivers. 8/3/22 one of their trucks was nice enough to push over into my lane to make me hit the brakes so he could make his exit. Then constantly tail gated people as he continued to go down the interstate. As he proceeded to get off on another off ramp clearly, he clearly dosent know how to red light works.

They were soo awesome, so efficient, the plumber Tyler was the best!

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.

He was very pleasant and he did an excellent job... the price was great too!
