Have worked with this company on 2 occasions, they are professional, did a great job, and were on time. Not the cheapest guys around though ($124 per hour for labor, 1 hour minimum, also adds 15 min of drive time, and rounded up to 2 hours for about 1.5 hours of work), their prices went up from last year...plus very large mark up on parts, washing machine box that lists on Amazon for $19.99 was charged $86.00, we very much did not appreciate this aspect of the invoice. We were charged more than should have been was the taste we were left with.

Excellent experience! In a time when all home vendors are backed up for weeks and I even had a plumber tell me that they are no longer accepting new clients (like the dentist does!), these folks were kind, professional and go the job booked quickly. It is for a real estate closing and we had very specific parameters. We also had an owner that is out of the area. Payment was arranged successfully, and the technicians arrived on time. My experience and interaction with Affordable Plumbing and it’s owners was horrible, but I want to share my honest experience to prevent someone from having the same.Below is my experience. Accidents happen and are navigable. Lacking integrity, respect, and care for your customers is not.-January 2022 a pipe failed in our home, causing immense flooding-A friend recommended us to Affordable Plumbing Co (APC)-APC on call plumber was very helpful, capped the line, and provided a plan to address the issue-APC owner came to complete the work, which in his professional opinion did not match his on call colleague-After completing the repiping, he called me. I shared the concern that I was expecting what plumber 1 had described and we agreed upon, to which the owner assured me this would be a sound solution-I paid $1,500 for the work-Weeks later, we recognized a slow leak in the bathroom causing ceiling damage-APC fixed the pipe, and because repairs from previous flooding had not occurred yet, I agreed to not require any aesthetic repairs to the damaged ceiling-April 2022 the pipe that initially failed and was repaired by APC failed again causing additional flooding-Originally back on call plumber returned to correct the failed pipe, where he confirmed it was their work previously completed but was unsure of why-I called the owner to share the situation and see how he planned to remedy the situation, which I remained 100% professional-He yelled at me, hung up on me, and proceeded to call me shady--implying that I may have been dishonest in my involvement or handling-After connecting again, I made it clear that I would be having my home repiped with another company, and I would like to be reimbursed for the $1,500 paid previously, or at least what was fair-APC offered a discount for repiping that I made clear was already completed-I have called and emailed nearly a dozen times to try to resolve this and have received no response

Jeremiah fixed the plumbing in my house, I recommend this company and that employee 110%, he took the time to listen to me and worked in a timely fashion but not so fast that things were just thrown together. Best experience of all time! Thank you so much terry Vereen and Jeremiah!!!!

I have a double vanity in the master bathroom with granite countertops and undermount sinks. Several years ago one of the sinks detached from the granite. I called Bill Fenwick and they sent out two guys to repair it. They put some new adhesive on the sink and propped it back up with a couple of boards underneath. Told me to leave the boards up for about a week. Later, when I tried to take the boards out the sink started to detach again. So I left the boards in place and just used the sink.About three weeks ago the other sink came off and I contacted Angie's List who put me in touch with Bill Fenwick. Repair guy came out, took a look at the job and told me that it was a major job, because the sink is usually mounted when the granite is cut and not installed. His computer quoted a price of almost $3500 per sink, but he felt that was unreasonable and said they could do both for that price. Told him I would think about it. Went on Google, found a video on how to do it yourself, correctly, and did the whole job with 4 hours of labor and less than $100, including new pop up drains. Save yourself a lot of money and make sure it is done correctly by doing the yourself!

Dylan was very nice and professional. Got the job done fast. Explained what might have Caused my drain to be clogged. He even cleaned the bottom of my sink cabinets and swept up the mess that was made. Definitely will use again for future issues!

The guys did a great job and took care of my plumbing needs. they cleaned up after the job was completed and the price was reasonable. I will recommend to anyone.
