I had never used Roto rooter before but had an emergency back up of sink in kitchen that overflowed into the garage. I called and a tech was there within 2 hours! I had Nate and he was amazing! He even took his shoes off when he entered the house. He fixed the problem easily and in a great timeframe with no Mess. Totally professional and calm. I will always request him when I call again. This company was by far the best in solving my drain problem. About three other plumbers had tried and failed, but Mr. Rooter kept working till they found and eliminated the blockage. I plan to call them with any type of plumbing related issue from now on.

In a time when all home vendors are backed up for weeks and I even had a plumber tell me that they are no longer accepting new clients (like the dentist does!), these folks were kind, professional and go the job booked quickly. I own a child care center and called them for a stopped up toilet. They came out, took the toilet off and said they needed a machine and would be back that same day after 3:30 (we close at 6:30). A little after 6pm, we called them and told them we would give them the code for the front door if they were coming later. No one came and no phone call. 8am WE called the next day. The lady taking the call claimed to be the owner and was extremely rude. She didn't try to rectify the situation. Blamed us for kids being in the room next to the toilet. Didn't take responsibility for zero cominication and for leaving us with a toilet sitting on the floor. Disgusting way to do business. Unprofessional and rude. How do you treat others like this?

Scheduled an appointment for some service. When scheduling the appointment I gave the employee making the appointment very specific information about what we needed done; the removal of an existing GE Smart Water softener system, the installation of a new Pelican water filter and the installation of some bathroom faucets. Employee repeated back to me what I was asking for as a confirmation so she could schedule the appointment appropriately. Everyone was in agreement and the appointment was set. Husband takes off work to be available . Day arrives, employee shows up and that's where things went south. Employee was not clear on the work that was to be done. After my husband went over what we had scheduled we were told sorry, but we can't install that filter. Apparently they can only provide limited service to existing units. Seems like I made our needs very clear when scheduling so not sure where that went wrong. And to top it off, the employee who came to do the work told my husband that these kind of scheduling mishaps happen with some regularity. When I called to speak to Steve, the manager, he was not available. Asked for a return call and have yet to hear from him. Don't recommend these folks at all.

I have used Lettow Plumbing and Restoration for multiple projects at my home and business. EVERY SINGLE encounter has been professional, on time, and extremely clean. They are courteous and fairly priced. Chris is quick to respond to questions and provides great recommendations. If I ever have a plumbing or restoration need Lettow plumbing is the first name I will call.

First off, the ladies in the office, Marlena and Amber are amazing. Very polite, very helpful. They answer any questions you may have and just all around friendly. When the guys came out to fix our slab leak, both of them were super nice very professional yet they made you feel like you are friends. And they did a fantastic job.

Had a tankless hot water heater go out. They came in the next morning and installed a new unit. Professional installation, great service at a fair price. Will use them in the future and have already told some friends about them. I have found over the years the quality of the work is usually dictated by the organization and neatness of the service truck. See attached photographs.

$390 to clear a stoppage. I think that is ridiculous. Never again. I couldn't get thru to the regular contractor I use so I called American plumbing. It's never cost me more than $125

Had a leak in my backflow assembly. Rob got me scheduled for the next day. Matt and Kenny were on time, polite and fixed my leak promptly. The cost of the repair was VERY reasonable. I certainly would recommend them if you need this type of service.
