Brandon showed up on time (texted that he was on his way first) and replaced my meter can. Ran into a few problems because this is an older house. Solved those and got everything repaired even though the job took a lot longer than planned. Even had to wait out a few downpours in the garage before he could finish. Helped me troubleshoot another electrical issue during that time so I am scheduling him to come back in a few weeks and fix that too!

The owner even stopped by to bring extra supplies that were unexpectedly needed due to the new issues that popped up so that Brandon could keep working.

I was super impressed with Snyder throughout the entire process - from initial visit, consultation and quote, to scheduling, to reminder texts and calls, to the actual service performed. We needed a variety of electrical work done throughout the house - from ceiling fans to interior and exterior lighting repair, to some light re-wiring, and some electrical prep for a future hot tub. During the process of purchasing our home, we discovered that the house we wanted had cloth wiring and ungrounded power throughout. This was a huge set back. As of now, home owners insurance companies will not insure homes with cloth wiring. We were nervous this would hold up our closing process.

Luckily, I was given Mansfield’s info by a coworker. They came out the next day for an assessment.
At that point, I had 3 other electrical companies come out for evaluation and quote.
Mansfield was the cheapest and the least invasive. The other companies told me they would need to cut thorough my concrete-plaster walls - which I would need to repair myself. This was something I didn’t want to do, but I was starting to believe this was my only option.

The following week, Mansfield started the project of switching my cloth wiring out and grounding my outlets. They were able to go through my attic to replace the wiring instead of cutting through the walls.
They even added 15 new outlets in and outside our home, as well as adding a flood light. The project took about a week. During this process, Mansfield was timely, kept me informed, and even cleaned up after themselves after everyday.

Mansfield was able to complete the project before we even closed on the home. I’m so incredibly with their quality of service! Their work was the reason why we were able to purchase our home and obtain home owners insurance. Everything works perfectly! I would highly recommend their services to anyone and I will definitely be using them again for any of my electrical needs.
