These people were amazing. I was very impressed from day one, service was prompt and beyond adequate. I was having some issues with plumbing and they had someone out there the same day to have a look. We set up an appt to have them come out for for job but in the mean time my toilet went out.. not good! Darley’s didn’t have someone at first but said they would find somebody ASAP, and they did. Next thing you know I got phone call saying someone could be there in 30 mins.. wow!! Other companies I called (wanted more estimates for plumbing) 3 weeks just to come out, some didn’t even call back. Plumbing could have been miner, easy fix..? Prices, Darley’s was very reasonable. Darley’s made it happen! Workers were great and there customer service was very impressive and all were very kind. To me, these people were sent from up above. They knew my needs and situation and they were willing to help, in more ways then one... they were referred by a friend, more than happy I chose them!

I have called them for my motel Gas Piping work.They come and give me estimate total of 3489.21 with break up2061.00 Labor1428.21 MaterialWhen I told them I am going to buy material then after one week i.e. today they called me and told if I am going to buy material then labor going to cost me $200 more as they are saving time for ordering and trip to plumbing supply.Actually material cost only $ 437.68So, I will not advising to any one use them if you are using them please dont give contract with material just try to screw you.

Absolutely first class!! I am now enjoying a brand new Master Bathroom and a totally remodeled Laundry Room thanks to these professionals. It was as if Kendal and Carla initially climbed into my head, saw my vision, and turned it into reality! I have worked with many contractors over the years, but none as good as Turner. Kendal, my Project Manger, kept me informed daily of what was taking place, and what would be taking place the next day, she never missed a beat. She came to the house every day, sometimes more than once, to check with the workers and with me. If she said something was going to happen at a certain time, it did. It was wonderful having a Project Manager so invested in my job satisfaction.I want to personally thank, Eric, James, Ben, and David (hope I haven't forgotten anyone); always on time, professional, pleasant, and perpetual positive attitudes about the job. Whatever they did, it was right the first time, and always done with a smile. And, they are the cleanest contractors I have ever worked with!! Re pipe. First day they came in and put down drop clothes and covered stuff with plastic. That’s what they should do. One of the drop clothes was wet according to the wife. Based on that and it being wet and dirty she let it go. Point is, she shouldn’t have to. That was the only time they put down drop clothesJob itself, I totally get the difficulty in doing a repipe on a Hip Roof but when discussed with the sales rep the amount of Sheetrock penetrations was not really brought to light Another words he never said but at an additional price they would repair the Sheetrock He priced it as a Standard two bath with all the other hookups etc. Didn’t make it sound overly difficultAs per the Sheetrock Perhaps they had to I don’t know ,but I do know the method of cutting holes in the walls was atrocious. In addition when they plugged the Sheetrock back in place they moved the bat insulation from the wall cavity and never installed it back in place. Another words , no insulation you get a hot spot. So I had to remove them and re insulate them.This is the part that really gets me. Our house was a total mess when they left. Sheetrock debris,insulation pieces all over and Sheetrock dust all over. I hate to be negative as I know they work hard however have some respect for others homes. Respect their property. So, NO I would not recommend them at all for any type of work. Haven’t heard back from them since the work. They got their money

Chris did the plumbing on my newly remodeled master bath and guest bathroom. Not only did he do an excellent job he coordinated well with my general contractor for the remodel. He's done other items around my house before the remodel I'm very pleased with him and his team they are always on time and do what they say they're going to do I would definitely hire them again.

Newly installed water heater wasn't giving us very hot water. Called and the 2 very nice guys fixed it. Personable and professional. They are my new goto plumbers.

Called at 5:30 am on a Friday morning to leave a message and the returned my call by 7 am and were out to fix the leak by 8:30 am. Everyone I talked to was very polite, explained exactly what the problem was and what they were going to do to fix it. Finished in under an hour. Prices were reasonable for the timing of the repair and the location of the leak. They even told me things they'd noticed I would need to look out for that weren't a problem at the moment but so I'd be aware if they did become a problem in the future. I'd definitely recommend them.

Gavin did a great job installing a tankless water heat, water softener and R/O system. Install was very clean and competitively priced. He also came out for another small plumbing job to replace my outdoor hose bibs. Very pleased with response on both small job and big jobs. Highly recommend!
