Best Water Filtration System in Jacksonville FL

The Dexter, the technician was very nice and professional. He kept me informed on the progress and clearly explained what he believed the cause of my clogged drain. He appeared to be a very smart and hard worker. He also asked your company to send out a camera to make sure the clog had been completely removed. He cleaned the area that he worked in and left a great impression on the tenants.

Nice people and we used them a couple times in the past for smaller projects. However, this last time was an entire bathroom remodel. At the beginning, they came out and said they were unable to fix one of our initial issues. Still was charged for the visit; unwilling to wave/lower the fee or credit it towards the entire project. So, we paid them and quickly found another company who easily fixed that issue and now has the contract for the entire project.Bottom line: I didnt feel like my concerns and issues were the priority this last time. Maybe they just had a bad day, but it's the little things that make the difference sometimes.

JP was amazing and was most knowledgeable about my issue. He walked me through the entire process which put my mind at great ease. If there was a way to give more than 5 stars I most certainly would. Thank you again!

I have a been trying to get my tub fixed for 3 WEEKS NOW AND NO ONE HAS FIXED IT! The plumber came out and told me I needed a piece and guess what 2 DAY LATER...NOTHING! I've 200k on new home with a leak and I closed on this home on 11/30/18. What is going on with this establishment?

He made a few valuable recommendations about adding a current regulator to the outside unit and carbon filter attachment to the inside unit in the future. This is my second unit from Snyder. I had my annual inspection performed this morning. It was quick and very thorough. As a member of their club, they will show up same day for any emergencies that come up.

Had the cold water pipe going into the water heater break. Trough my Home Warranty Service I was assigned All Hours Emergency Plumbing. Customer service was great. Plumber came out and determined that the water heater needed replacement, which thankfully was covered trough my home warranty. Plumber came in again 2 days later and installed swiftly and professionally the new one. After install and testing, showed me the basic functions. Very professional and attentive. The one, and only complaint I have was the additional non-covered charge of $495 I had to pay for install modifications since the new tank is a bit wider and taller. I feel this charge was extremely excessive and should be part of the actual install. Talking with the office manager he explained all that should have been done and missed and they came out and fix. Pleased with Service.
