Best Water Filtration in Jacksonville FL

We had a water pipe break under the kitchen sink on a Saturday afternoon while trying to hook up the water line to our new refrigerator. Eric came within an hour, assessed the situation, went and got the parts needed, explained what he was going to do to fix it and fixed it. We are very pleased with the service.

Joshua Conner was very helpful and fixed our issue. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and very polite and respectful. We will call him in the future for any plumbing issues. He understands the importance of customer service.

Eddie and the team did an awesome job installing a new water heater. I am a renter and had a tankless heater installed improperly 3 years ago by another company. I needed an all new hot water heater (which they installed quickly the day before Thanksgiving!!) They even went above and beyond and spent time on the phone explaining the countless issues with the old heater installed improperly to my landlord.Awesome company.. nice guys- I’d highly recommend!

DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY *****Where do I begin.....first of all I hired this company to do a total repipe on a rental property of mine. On the day of the job I never heard from them saying it was completed and if there were any issues. The next phone call I got was to ask how I was paying? I asked by email for some of the details, such as did they have to repipe at the meter, or just at the house....and I never got that answer. Let me check with my guys was the reply. So I never spoke with anyone that had first hand knowledge of the work completed. Then 10 days later, my tenants called to say sewage was backing up into the tub and around the toilet. I frantically called Eagerton again, thinking this was their fault. They apparently sent someone out late yesterday and my tenants told them I wanted a phone call to explain the issue. Guess what? No phone call. Certainly they'll call today to ask for payment. Am I expecting too much? Asking for a phone call from the company who completes work at my property to tell me what the issue is/was? I think not. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Woody has been the most helpful contractor that my wife and I have ever worked with. We have used him multiple times. He showed up within an hour for an emergency call because of a leaking valve (we were lucky that he was in the area at the time). We've used him for two separate planned plumbing jobs. Both times he showed up when he said he was going to, did the job (while keeping us informed of any issues), and was very professional the whole time. He's at the top of our list when ever we need something done.

Moved to Jax Beach in 1993 and hired Steven's Plumbing to re-piped the concrete block beach house built in 1953. The house is now 70 yr old and I have called Steven's for all plumbing issues, major problems: water main break and sewer line replacement as well as smaller diy disasters! I highly Recommend him for his response time and workmanship.

On time. Very polite and knowledgeable. Serviced our AC and pointed out and repaired issues. He changed the way the drain line was laid. There was no water draining at first.. after he changed it there is a steady stream of water draining. Also installed a light to kill mold and bacteria inside the AC system. Our house smells better and feels cooler already!
