Best Toilet Installation And Repair in Jacksonville FL

I would be a new customer. I called the office today and the lady who I spoke to was not very nice. She said what do you need and I told her. Just to run the camera scope down my main sewer line would be $400 for two hours. The line from my house to the street is not very long. No budging from that price. Then I said what if I called and said I have a partial blockage and need someone to come and see what it is and run the machine in the pipe. That would be $150 just to come out and $25 for the machine for one hour. The price is not the problem. I've learned to listen to my gut and my feeling is this would be a mistake to use this company. Not sure who I spoke with but she needs to be fired. Here I am a potential new customer and I'm already mad and aggravated.

Arrived in the time specified. Found the issue and fixed it quickly to help get my drive thru coffee kiosk back up and running properly. Great customer service, fast and friendly :)

Had Jerry out for a repair. Although his work was satisfactory, he arrived two hours late and only after my spouse called him to inquire whether or not he was going to come at all. Even though initial impression was unfavorable, due to lateness and no call, we decided to give Jerry a call when experiencing a recent problem with a kitchen faucet. Contacted Jerry three times via voicemail and texts (texted due to no response from leaving voicemail). He completely gave us the “run around” and on the third attempt, stated he would “get back to me with a time that he could come out on Wednesday.” Never heard back from Jerry. Guess he’s not “Everybody’s Plumber” after all ?

I highly recommend Terry Vereen Plumbing. They replaced all the drain pipe in 2 bathrooms and kitchen all the way to the city sewer connection. I had 60 year old cast iron pipes that needed to be replaced because they were badly corroded. Terry Vereen Plumbing's price was comparable to other plumbers and they did a phenomenal job. The concrete cutters who they subcontracted also did a great job cutting into the foundation and then pouring the concrete back after the pipes were installed. Overall, they were professional, knowledgeable and they did a great job.

Josh and Tyler came out to pump out the septic tank. They did a great job and we appreciated the awesome advice they’ve given!

DWV Plumbing is awesome! I noticed my shower leaking last night. Rushed to find a plumber. Called them this morning and they thankfully were able to come out in just a couple of hours. McKendree scoped my sewer lines and discovered a mess under the slab, so the HOA relined and replaced the sewer and drain lines. Given the age and condition of the plumbing, I then paid (all but $600) for McKendree to also replace and re-route the water lines. They were courteous, fast, informative, and did excellent work.
