Luli Marku and another gentleman came to our home and gave us an estimate on a electric motor hybrid and tankless water heater. Also a water softener. We found Luli to be extremely knowledgeable and professional in his discussion about the systems. We have decided to use Turner Plumbing to install the tankless heater and water softener based on his discussion and estimate. A garbage disposal went out over the weekend at a rental property. I reached out to them and they were responsive, called to explain the details and fixed the issue quickly.

I have used DWV plumbing for years. David has replaced my shower, gas water heater, kitchen sink faucet, & even come out on a Sunday to clear a blocked bathroom. He has always given me a fair price & I have never had any issues with the quality of work. When he replaced my shower, he left my bathroom cleaner than it had been before they came out, even down to cleaning the fan vent & repainting the AC vent cover. If you want a professional quality plumbing repair then Top of the Line Plumbing is the place to call. Our waste drain line in our ceiling broke and let the water from the upstairs laundry and bath pour out into the ceiling. I called late on Monday night and got a voicemail and I placed a request for a service call. I was called back after hours to make sure it wasn't an emergency and they scheduled a service call to come out the next morning. They showed up on time and quickly found the issue and provided an estimate. I approved the estimate and scheduled the repair for Thursday. Gavin, Ryan and Chris showed up on time and quickly went to work. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after the repair and tested the system before they left. They did a great job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Great attitude with office person when I made the appointment. Then had Guy come out to replace a garbage disposal, advise on existing tankless water softener, replace a house filter, and flush a tankless water heater. Guy was patient and friendly, showing me what he was doing as he was doing it. Professional and knowledgeable, Guy showed up 5 minutes early to promised time. Price was competitive if not less than anticipated. They have my highest recommendation possible.

They did not actually perform work on my home. Reading, Jim's review here, I could rapidly see I was heading towards the outcome he had. I called to set up the appointment, and Dawn was great when I explained our problem. She said it would be $325 for the service person to come out but explained what all he would be doing to for the fee, and I felt comfortable with this, so we set up the appointment.The service person, Denny calls prior to the appointment, and I explain the issues we are having the same as I explained to Dawn. Denny then tells me, Well, I don't think we are going to be able to find the source of the problem, and I am not sure what I will be able to do.Well, then I obviously do not feel comfortable spending the money. I call the office back and speak to Dawn to see if they would still charge me the $325 for Denny to tell me what he just told me. She says yes, they would still charge this and that would perform all the things she had previously explained (even though Denny did not say he would do any of these things). I did not feel comfortable spending $325 when Denny has already told me he will not be able to find a problem.
