Joshua provided excellent customer service. He detailed the cost to include the service fee and other charges that I may incur for repairs. He was also thorough in finding and resolving the issue with a clogged kitchen drain. I was very impressed with his professionalism while also being personable and friendly. A job well done!!

A good solid crew, clearly knowledgeable in all facets of plumbing and problem analysis. Starting the job, the first point done: made a plan and then walked through the house checking the plan against what reality was. The team worked efficiently and VERY cleanly. Walls and ceilings were carefully opened, the cutouts saved to minimize restoration later. As in all re-plumbing jobs, a problem not expected was encountered - they explained where and why a change order would be necessary and kept the additional cost well below what it could have been. Unlike other plumbers, Turner Plumbing restores the walls and ceilings after the job was done.Summary: highly recommended.

In a time when all home vendors are backed up for weeks and I even had a plumber tell me that they are no longer accepting new clients (like the dentist does!), these folks were kind, professional and go the job booked quickly. It is for a real estate closing and we had very specific parameters. We also had an owner that is out of the area. Payment was arranged successfully, and the technicians arrived on time. Affordable Plumbing was wonderful! They fixed our plumbing problem quickly and were very courteous and careful. We were very happy with Affordable Plumbing service, as usual!

My Dad called this plummer for a clogged toilet. They sent 2 people out, one of the workers stayed in the van the entire time apologizing to someone on the phone and my Dad had to help unclog his own toilet only to have the same thing happen the very next day. When he called to have them return they sent one guy for a 2 man job and re billed him for another visit when the work wasn't done properly the first time. Very bad service. Do not recommend.

Lettow is reliable, honest, very reasonably priced, quick on responding either call or text, exceptional work and great staff. I met Mr. Lettow on the 2nd job. They did a great job and responded very fast.I had an appointment with Griffin Service setup to fix a broken water pipe; and I waited all day just to find out that they were not going to make it. I lost a day of work, we had no running wate, and got no response from them to find out what the heck happened.Anyway, I ended up calling Kingdom Based Plumbing, I immediately received a text from them asking me about my problem. I told them what was going on and sent a picture of it; and, I kid you not, they were here literally within minutes of my request for help. Maybe my timing was good, I don't know, but the response time was, no less, very impressive!I'm sure this was emergency service, too. I should've been charged more for this service, but the owner seemed to be very generous and also applied a military discount.The name of the technician was Curt. He was very nice and he did a really good job on the repair and restoring service to my home. We have running water again and everything seems to be sealed up well.I plan on having them install a new water softening system in my home in the near future. I was going to have Griffin Service do that, but I don't think I'm going to do business with them in the future.Yes, I definitely recommend Kingdom Based Plumbing.Now, as for the before and after pictures, here's the explanation of why the repair looks like this. This this is where a water softener system is supposed to connect. The pipes broke and we had water pouring out of our garage. The repair is a loop, just to get the water running in our home until we get a new water softening system. When they install a new one, that loop will be opened to run the water through the new water softening system.

Pipe right did a great job on my wall leak. David and Buddy were top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing need. There were fast and courteous and the charge a fair price.

Brenton showed up to fix a broken pipe outside of my house. He had it replaced faster than I could have imagined! Very helpful with several questions i had and I’m very thankful for how fast he could make it out on a same day issue.

installed a new AO Smith Hot Water Heater in my Condo just before Hurricane Ian came. I did not catch the names of the installers. But I wanted to give them a Huge THANK YOU for all the hard work they did. They could have easily canceled or rescheduled due to the storm, but they came out anyway and did a GREAT JOB.

Steven just saved us $$$ and weeks worth of renovations!! We were told that our entire house needed to be replumbed and that it would be at least 1 week before the company could start on the job. Steven came promptly after being contacted, immediately started on the repair and actually finished the job in a matter of hours. Best of all - I couldn’t even tell that he had been here when he left! There was no mess to clean, no walls or flooring destroyed, nothing!! He was an absolute blessing and we could not be happier with his prompt and professional work!
