Darley's has been doing work for me over the past few years. Their crew is very good at what they do and fixed problems we had at different locations, both commercial and residential.

I had a water leak in my garage. I first hired a leak detecting company to isolate the leak and they couldn’t. I had a plumber to detect the leak and he couldn’t. Than based on the recommendation of a friend I hired Roland. These guys in no time isolated the problem and fixed it quickly for a reasonable price. I have nothing but words of admiration for them. I very strongly recommend them. I am sure that you will not be disappointed at all. You will get the best quality work at a very reasonable price.

They suck. The first time they used a temporary fix the second time he used a temporary fix and dug a huge hole then said he would be back... Never came back

Lettow plumbing is absolutely fantastic. They did a complete overhaul of the drainage in our home and I could not be more thankful for their hard work and absolute professionalism end to end.After 5 different plumbing companies (one of which damaged my kitchen flooring) Chris and his team were the only ones who were able to correctly diagnose and repair the problem. The plumbing in our entire home is now repaired and working again after almost two years of chasing issues.What I like best about their team is they are the only plumbing company I have interacted with that gave me a positive impression from the start. They had nice new trucks, the team was uniformed and they were all nice, polite, and highly skilled. I could not ask for more.This is VERY hard to find in Jacksonville.Going forward, they are the only plumbing I will use in Jacksonville. Chris, thank you guys so much for all the hard work!!! Was overcharged for the time they spend to do my plumbing work, while I provided everything, sink, faucets etc for all bathrooms and kitchen, they came unprepared, had to run out on my dime to get supplies to do the job. They worked 4.5 hours to the tune of $95.00 but I was charged $650.00. I am a Senior on a limited income and was overcharged over $220.00, shame on them. Wrote a letter to the owner, will see what comes of it. That is just outrageous and highway robbery. Cannot recommend them and will not hire them, even my church members recommended them, I will let everyone know what they did to me. Reported to the BBB, no answer from owner

They did a awesome job replacing a t-splice on a polybutlyen line I have in my home, I was hesitant about going with another company but so so glad I did, will continue to use this company for future issues and projects, Renee was awesome an sounded like an actual person who cared about setting up a appointment to get work done and not just getting money in the bank

Since I first called on Steve almost 30 years ago, I have always called him for any plumbing needs I have had. From minor leaks to installing hot water heaters, to installing water softener systems, to replacing a toilet, to replacing a faucet. I can trust him and I have complete confidence that he is the best man for the job. He is the Best!

Roots growing thru small hole near the clean out; roots were catching tissue paper and continually stopping the flow from house to sewer line, no toilets working. LESTER and ALBERTO found the problem IMMEDIATELY and FIXED IT with no landscaping work to do. Professional and courteous; highly recommend....this is the A-TEAM!
