Highly recommend Darley's. Christy at Darleys went to bat for us! Water heater ordered online was delivered with big dent/damaged but not discovered until opened box. Online company not help. Christy worked magic calling manufacturer to get us a new one! Darley's plumbers showed up with replacement water heater and did great job installing and also replacing old PEX non-code hot and cold lines. Also put in new bathroom faucet in same trip. This was like 3rd job with Darley's and will only use Darley's. We like them better than prior plumber outfit as better quality work and so helpful.

The service was great from start to finish. I called after 5 pm but a tech was still able to come later that night. Dexter was friendly, professional and courteous throughout the process. He got my drain cleared and triple checked to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Eric conducted camera work that's associated with the outside pipes for my mother. Upon completing the work, he was very professional and provided tips on how to keep our drains clean.

Luli Marku and another gentleman came to our home and gave us an estimate on a electric motor hybrid and tankless water heater. Also a water softener. We found Luli to be extremely knowledgeable and professional in his discussion about the systems. We have decided to use Turner Plumbing to install the tankless heater and water softener based on his discussion and estimate. Used this company one other time in the past. In the past they were great. Fast responses and got to my house in a timely manner and fixed my issues fast. However, it seems this company has gone downhill since. I originally reached out on Tuesday morning to have a shower valve installed in my home. I was told to send over pictures and that after talking to the team, they would let me know if the project could be accomplished. I was told Wednesday morning that it was definitely doable and that I would receive a quote “very soon”. Then I was was told the quote would be later that day or early the next day (Thursday). Well now coming up on Friday afternoon, no quote still. I don’t see how it can take 4 days to come up with a quote for a simple job. I connected two other companies and they were able to give me a quote within a hour of seeing the photos of what I needed done. I suggest using another company if you would like things done fast.

Our main sewer line to the street was blocked. We called Advantage because we had used them in the past. The blockage was cleared, or so we thought. Twenty-four hours it was blocked again. When we called, the response we got was I don't know what's wrong with your house. That didn't give us any confidence so we called another service provider who responded promptly and cleared the blockage. Only this provider used a large device and to clear the pipe and said that if it happens again he'll run a camera down the pipe. Needless to say, we have changed our go to plumber.
