The septic tank backed up at the house on a Friday night. I called Duck Duck Rooter the following day on Saturday and they had a crew out to pump the tank Sunday morning. Troy and AJ came out and were great. They located the tank no problem and had everything back to normal in no time. I will definitely recommend Duck Duck Rooter to anyone needing their services.

I moved into my home and found that the toilet was not filling with water so I changed the water flow valve and it still did not work. They came out the same day . I thought they were overpriced since the plumber got the toilet working using a part from my old water flow valve.

I recently had a clogged drain fixed by DWV plumbing. Gene was very professional and his communication was excellent. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to come out to my house in the afternoon and complete the job in a timely manner. I would recommend DWV for anyone in need of a plumber!

Woody came out to my house this morning to fix my water heater and he was awesome! He came first thing, called and gave me a heads up he was on the way. He asked me about the problem to make sure he knew exactly what was happening. I was half asleep and he was really nice and patient with me. Before I couldn't even fill my bathtub with hot water all the way. This evening I gave my dog a bath, then I took a bath, and then I took a shower after the bath and the water never went cold! Idk what magic he did but he was outstanding and I couldn't be happier. He was so professional and he totally deserves 5 stars!

The plumber that came out was Nice ,.. I was told they were coming out the same day(Monday) they came the following day. My problem had started since Saturday ,. So I was frustrated by then.

They did a great job fixing the problem I had. The prices are affordable. And they are very professional.
