The best service I've ever used! I was in an emergency situation where I couldn't shut the water off. I called other plumbers and was told it wouldn't be till tomorrow before they could come out. I called Swift and the lady that answered the phone was like sure we have someone who can come, got a little info from me and a min after hanging up I received a text of who my plumber would be and about a min after that James called and said he was five minutes away! From the time of the phone call till he came was no more than 10 minutes! Where can you find service like that? That was amazing! Thank you so much!

DWV Plumbing just finished re-piping my condo and installed a new water heater. New exterior faucets front and back. Installed new single bowl kitchen sink. New tub/shower hardware. I've used DWV Plumbing before and will use them in the future because the work is 1st class, on time, priced reasonably, great value. David Veres, the owner, works on the job and has a crew depending on the size of the job. They are excellent as well. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best bang for your buck. After getting quotes from several companies for the install of two well pumps, two pressure tanks, aerator, water heater and 5 sink faucets. Top of the line was chosen and surpassed every expectation I had.Professional, knowledgeable and most important of all dependable.

No show, promised to be here first thing, took the day off, no calls to say they would be late. Issue turned into an emergency, still no show.

Thanks to Will F for coming out and figuring out an incredibly complicated (and overengineered by the previous owner of my home) outdoor drainage system that was so backed up, it was penetrating my walls. He figured out what their major competitor could not. On top of that, they charged a very reasonable rate for their hours of work. Will definitely use them and recommend them in the future.

Courteous team! Reasonable price.We had a drainage issue and the plumber found out the main sewage line under the road was clogged up with garbage and needed to be pumped out by the city. I was like, great, I have to call the city and get blown off, ugh. But, the Bert Norman office actually called the city for me. The plumber stayed to make sure he could talk directly to the city crew when they showed up since I don't speak plumbing nor do I know the codes. The City pumped the garbage out of the sewage line. Thank you Bert Norman! You really took the anxiety out of an experience I was initially dreading!
