I had recently replaced my countertops and needed all of the connections redone for the new sink, including new drains. In addition, the installers had broke one of the valves, so I needed everything done. They showed up promptly for the appointment, had a quick and reasonable quote ready after looking at the project and quickly got to work. I’m pretty handy, but after seeing the work he did I know it was a project that was bigger than my skill/frustration level. Will definitely use them again.

I had a water leak in my garage. I first hired a leak detecting company to isolate the leak and they couldn’t. I had a plumber to detect the leak and he couldn’t. Than based on the recommendation of a friend I hired Roland. These guys in no time isolated the problem and fixed it quickly for a reasonable price. I have nothing but words of admiration for them. I very strongly recommend them. I am sure that you will not be disappointed at all. You will get the best quality work at a very reasonable price.

The crew was amazing, we had a few problems with the city, but duck duck handled all of that for us. We’re super grateful for all the hard work they did for us. I have used Gavin and Steven for various projects on my house. They have done work involving repairing a broken pipe, installing an outdoor shower/relocating lines for my summer kitchen, installing a tankless water heater, and now helping me with some pool issues. I couldn’t be happier with all the work they have done. They take the time to explain what needs to be done, are professional, and provide great value for their price. Other contractors I have used have commented on the quality work that they do. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work you need whether it’s a simple repair or something more complex.

I had a scheduled appointment with Christian Brothers for them to fix my master bedroom toilet. They were suppose to give me a courtesy call before they came to let me know they were in route. I personally told the dispatcher Hailey this and she told me that she will give the technician the message. On the day of my appointment they didn't call and left a door hanger on my door to reschedule. They charged me a no show fee. I was reschedule for another day they came out and they did nothing my toilet is still not functioning and operating. However they was quick to charge the fee and didn't even fix my issue SMH. Choose somebody else don't waste your time or money. On top of that the dispatcher was rude to the technician talking to him wreckless. Keep in mind Christian Brothers you are in business because people need their plumbing fix you all are not the only plumbing company out here. The name stands for nothing, nothing Christian about this company. Morals and Values all jacked up. I would give you 0 stars if I could. Asked to speak to management which was Chrissy. She didn't provide no assistance and no help.

My father recently moved here & purchased a home but we had no idea of some of the plumbing issues we would soon find. We had a broken water main going into the house & need help right away as it had flooded most of the house. They sent a very nice, polite & professional young man out who not only fixed the problem but also to the extra time to install a new tub fixture for us when he could have just said that's not something we do on Saturdays as so many other companies would have done. He was more than helpful and just wanted to make sure that we anything we needed done before he left. (And I forgot to mention this was after 8pm on a Saturday night)Our next encounter would be about the same as my Dad put the washer & dryer in the laundry room and started a load of laundry we realized that the room & also the kitchen were flooded so we need serious help!! I called Metro & they had someone out there very quickly to find out what was going on. The final outcome was that the house had been re-piped before my dad purchased it but they had not re-piped the laundry room so the water had no out let. Tom & his crew came to our rescue and saved the day not only once now but twice, they were very fair in the pricing and also disused about what it might cost so we didn’t get blindsided with a huge bill that we couldn’t pay. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an honest, trustworthy, professional company who is just looking out for their neighbors!!!
