Great communication throughout the whole process from scheduling to billing. David was awesome and upfront about costs and potential situations so nothing was a shock. Very professional and it was an overall great experience given the situation. I would definitely recommend and will be personally using again if the need arises.

Harry Hayes plumbing was hired by my general contractor during a bathroom remodel. They did not set my bathtub in any kind of base, such as mortar, leaving the bathtub poorly supported and creaky to this day. They also set my toilet flange too high (5/8 above my finished floor) and not bolted down, resulting in some leakage and wood rot, which I discovered when I replaced the toilet. No one is perfect, but they definitely made some mistakes on my job.

I am so thankful that we found Metro-Rooter. When I called, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. The plumbers, Tom and Hunter came on time and were very professional. Tom quoted me a price but after the work was complete the price was less because he didn't have to use as much pipe as he thought. I was impressed at his honesty because we would have never known the difference. After the work was completed they explained everything they did to repair our problem. I would highly recommend these two men to anyone who has plumbing needs.

Jamison, Harley and Raul did a great job on our unit replacement. They arrived on time, explained what they would be doing, answered questions and provided periodic updates on progress. Once they completed the job, they went over everything that was done, explained the new programmable thermostat and again answered questions. Overall, they were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them for future work and recommend anyone needing an install or on-going maintenance to give Donovan a look.

Fantastic company they have come back several times and have resolved all the issues that have come up. From office staff to repair personnel are all very courtesy and explain what the problem is to how they repaired it properly .

Terrible company. I had a backed up drain line. They came out twice and the problem kept returning. They refused to come out a 3rd time claiming I was abusing the warranty. They were rude and are liars. The dispatcher, Brian, hung up on me. This is the worse plumbing company I've ever encountered.

Owner answered the phone drunk and it wasn't even noon yet!!! Promised a 30-day guarantee on his work then didn't back up his word. Do Not Do Business With This Person!!!
