I called David Gray Plumbing because my kitchen faucet was leaking. Luckily for me David Ford came the next day. He’s very professional and respectful. He fixed my faucet in a timely manner. I definitely recommend David Ford.

Scheduled an appointment for some service. When scheduling the appointment I gave the employee making the appointment very specific information about what we needed done; the removal of an existing GE Smart Water softener system, the installation of a new Pelican water filter and the installation of some bathroom faucets. Employee repeated back to me what I was asking for as a confirmation so she could schedule the appointment appropriately. Everyone was in agreement and the appointment was set. Husband takes off work to be available . Day arrives, employee shows up and that's where things went south. Employee was not clear on the work that was to be done. After my husband went over what we had scheduled we were told sorry, but we can't install that filter. Apparently they can only provide limited service to existing units. Seems like I made our needs very clear when scheduling so not sure where that went wrong. And to top it off, the employee who came to do the work told my husband that these kind of scheduling mishaps happen with some regularity. When I called to speak to Steve, the manager, he was not available. Asked for a return call and have yet to hear from him. Don't recommend these folks at all.

My drains have been backing up at least once a year for the last 19 years I’ve lived here. These gentlemen came to my house within about 15 minutes of calling and within less than an hour they had my drains running properly and told me what the issue was that constantly cost at old pipes of course and will be getting me a quote as to what needs to be done and the charge was very very reasonable. I’ve had others quote me and they were 234 times more than these people

Jesse was amazing and helped her fix the faucet in the kitchen which was spraying and it only took like ten minutes and the shower took like 5 minutes to fix and now everything is working perfectly! He even told us how to help prevent mold from water damage which was really helpful since we have a six month old baby! He was super friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend him and the company! Everything works great!

I can’t thank Eagerton Plumbing enough, while the other plumbing company was dragging his feet for a week and then canceled my appointment at the last minute, this company sent his guys immediately and replaced my tankless electric water heater as soon as possible. The price was also reasonable. I would definitely recommend!

When a pipe burst and flooded my home on a Saturday I called a dozen emergency plumbing companies and no one could send someone over that day. This was a true emergency and I needed it fixed asap. Luckily my friend referred me to Presto Plumbing and Rocky came out that evening after hours and took care of the problem fast and efficiently. He was very kind and patiently explained to me what happened and gave me some recommendations on how to avoid this issue in the future. I will definitely use this company for all of my plumbing needs. They are honest and fair priced. I highly recommend Rocky.

Called Steven's Plumbing in an emergency! Had a main leak outside and didn't know who to call. Steven rearranged his schedule to help. Very knowledgeable and thorough. He stayed to fix the problem and give tips so it won't happen again. Very happy with our service and will be calling again for a water softener! Top notch service, highly recommend.

Very professional. As a woman, I felt very safe with them coming in my home. They text, call, and send an email when they are on their way and include a picture of the technician so you know who to expect. They wear shoe covers in your home and they were sweet to my dog. Afterwards, they email you pictures and descriptions of everything they did and didn't pressure you into buying extra services. Definitely recommend!

This morning Ashley at Able plumbing called to ASK if she could send the plumber a half hour earlier than scheduled. I thought it was so considerate to be asked rather than informed. When Gregg the plumber arrived to replace the kitchen faucet, he told me fixing the existing faucet was super easy. He showed me how he did it, and gave me a modified allen wrench so I could fix it myself in the future. This is the second time this year I've called Able Plumbing and both times, the service has been truly exceptional. This is a company that seems to value customer satisfaction over huge profits. The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.

I had a complete bathroom remodel and they installed the bathtub and plumbing. Every time we took a bath, the ceiling below the tub got stained from the leak. They came out and said they fixed it. We were hrsitant to use the tub again. Recently we did, and now it is leaking heavily again. When I inquired about the warranty with the company, the office assistant was very unprofessional, made rude remarks and did not take any accountability. I am stuck with taking care of their faulty work and damages.
