After two no show no calls from a plumbing company our Landlord recommended (for my place of business), I reached out to Darley's Plumbing. They came out same day and took care of our plumbing issues. From the phone call this morning to Tiffany in your office to the service call with Keith and Brad- I have been impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of your employees . Truck got broken into, had some tools left and they stole those tools too. They recieved a check and replaced their tools and never replaced mine after I have text proving they said they would. Then they stole the rest of the tools I had left

I have used Lettow Plumbing twice in the last year for shower/tub valve replacement. I really hate sweating pipe, it’s worth paying someone! Both jobs, the crew was timely, professional and did the job in a timely manner. I recommend Lettow Plumbing regularly, and will continue to do so.

Jp was excellent and extremely professional showed me my problem and how he was going to fix. Although it was a broken pipe he in a hard place he was positive the whole time. Set up an appointment a week out, was a 4 hour window in which they were supposed to show up. No call, 30 minutes after they should of been here I called and was advised they were behind.I expect a little more out of an established company, honestly, I would of understood if there was a call informing me they were not going to make it but there was nothing.One more appointment and I will update my review based on that, I hope it goes well.Update, another appointment scheduled and it's already an hour past. Called and it almost seems like they didn't even have me in the books, something is majorly wrong with this company.

Steven just saved us $$$ and weeks worth of renovations!! We were told that our entire house needed to be replumbed and that it would be at least 1 week before the company could start on the job. Steven came promptly after being contacted, immediately started on the repair and actually finished the job in a matter of hours. Best of all - I couldn’t even tell that he had been here when he left! There was no mess to clean, no walls or flooring destroyed, nothing!! He was an absolute blessing and we could not be happier with his prompt and professional work!
