2 guys showed up. they were very professional. Evaluated the project and came back with options and estimates. Went right to work and finished quickly , leaving everything quite clean

The technician Eric Pafford did not even diagnose the problem didn’t even suggest a way to fix problem the issue was I didn’t have hot water I don’t know where they get there tech from but obviously they need to send them back to school because they don’t know anything. My husband that isn’t a plumber what so ever fixed the problem. They still charged 150 dollars for nothing at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone. By reading the other reviews they just take your money without results.

Arrived well within the time frame and installed new 50 gallon water heater. No surprises or extra charges, just a good job.

Steve arrived on time, and worked hard to unclog my toilet drain. He walked me through his process and showed me the clogs on his camera system. He got the toilet draining properly and left the bathroom clean. I was very impressed with him and Mr Rooter, and will be calling them for any other plumbing needs.

The plumber was very professional and courteous. I noticed he was careful to put a tarp down in the bathroom before working to avoid spills and tracking dirt on the floor which I appreciated.He also had the approach of a teacher rather than a salesman as he clearly explained the problem with my faucet and told me how to get the part I needed. He then said he would be happy to take care of all of it or if I wanted to buy and replace it myself I could do so, but he gave me the information and let ME decide which I appreciated.He also took the time to answer some questions I had and gave me advice on other potential issues I raised. He only charged me for the time he was there which wasn't long since the problem turned out to be very minor.I will definitely be using Turner Plumbing for my future needs and will not hesitate to recommend them to others after this experience!

Excellent experience! In a time when all home vendors are backed up for weeks and I even had a plumber tell me that they are no longer accepting new clients (like the dentist does!), these folks were kind, professional and go the job booked quickly. It is for a real estate closing and we had very specific parameters. We also had an owner that is out of the area. Payment was arranged successfully, and the technicians arrived on time. DWV Plumbing is awesome! I noticed my shower leaking last night. Rushed to find a plumber. Called them this morning and they thankfully were able to come out in just a couple of hours. They were fast and professional! Luckily it was just the shower arm. They had the part with them and replaced it quickly. Will use them again for any plumbing needs! $390 to clear a stoppage. I think that is ridiculous. Never again. I couldn't get thru to the regular contractor I use so I called American plumbing. It's never cost me more than $125

These guys have helped keep my house cool and improved my quality of life. It sounds extreme but I did not knowhow many ssues I was having .They repaired my duct work and added coolant to my unit. I will be recommending them for any issue to anyone that asks.
