I have been using Darley's Plumbing for a few years now. I love that they work in teams of two when they show up for a job and get the job done in about half the time of other companies that charge the same labor rate. Allen and his team did a great job with our repipe of the water main where they had to dig into the ground across the whole front yard and once they were done they put the grass back in place and you could hardly tell that work was even done. John and his team were very good as well. John did a great job of communicating and educating every step of the way. Once repairs were completed he requested that I make sure that everything worked properly and was up to my satisfaction. In the office, Christy has been wonderful to work with. She is a very good problem solver and has a good understanding of your plumbing needs since she has a plumbing background. She listens to your issue/concern and quickly comes up with solutions. I have recommended Darley's Plumbing to many friends. Keep up the good work!

The good news...The technician was a great guy. 5 stars for him.The bad news....The representative I spoke with on the phone said that the technician would be here within the hour, that didn't happen. I called back and the next rep said the tech was 30 minutes away. I called at 7:00 and the tech didn't show up until 4 hours later. No fault of the tech. Just think the company needs to work on their communication with the customer.

I had a great experience with Everybody's Plumbing Company. I spoke with Jerry to make an appointment for my running toilet as I figured I needed to have my fill valve repaired or replaced because I knew it was just wasting water. Wasn't looking forward to paying that bill.Basically, Jerry and his partner came promptly to my house, diagnosed the issue, made a quick trip to Home Depot for the part they needed and did all of the repairs in under an hour. The only regret I have is that I wish I would have called them two months prior instead of putting it off for so long.My final bill was a flat $90 and well worth the time and money (plus aggravation) I would have spent watching Youtube videos on How to Fix a Toilet - Fill Valve Replacement and still not know what to do. In the end, it was money well spent and the repair has made a tremendous difference in my sewer/water bill.Professional and personable. Highly recommend Everybody's to E-V-E-R-Y-B-O-D-Y. :)

I called this morning and Sara answered the phone and scheduled me for service this afternoon. I got a text and an email confirmation of my appointment. Eric showed up right on time and took care of my slow drain issue. He was very polite and professional. I recommend this business to others and I will use them again myself.

they don't even deserve one starmost ridiculous and rip off company I ever deal with ,I called in and askedfor someone with camera can look in 2 pipe .and cindy (receptionist) told me she will send technician for free estimate .I told her we did snake and its not working I need price for someone with camera to see whats going on,she said np we will send a technician for free estimate.next day technician showup and keep telling me he wants to do snake to see whats going on and I told him its not going to work we need camera .he convince me he will get it open he knows whats his doing other companies did it wrong.after 10 min from roof he telling me he can only go in 10ft and then he tells me his camera its not going to fit the pipe lol (why did he come then )total waste of time and money yes money he charge me $160 for showing up and trying to do snake when I told him 100 times its not going to work...stay way from mr rooter we will report them for business bureau and there facebook and online all over …..and then his telling me it will cost $3200 for running new 12' to outside wall.I got few othercompanies told me $400-750 max ...

I had a new shower head installed and a toilet set. I had no complaints on the work completed; however I did feel I was overcharged based on the conversations I had with the Rolland Reach team. I called in and spoke with Kyle and he actually made adjustments on the final invoice. What a wonderful surprise. I would highly recommend this company and I'm grateful to Kyle for listening to me and taking action.

We've used Terry Vereen Plumbing extensively during the past year and have been thrilled with the service every time. We built a guest house on our property earlier this year and they took care of all plumbing. They really went above and beyond our expectations. Then this month they repiped our house, and the job went smoothly and efficiently. The quality of their work is exceptional and their customer service is beyond exceptional. I've only had one experience with this company, but that one was awesome! The customer service when I called was great. The lady I spoke with was warm and wanted to help me. They were able to come out same day and the plumber was professional and efficient. I will definitely be using Touchton again!

Really appreciated the two personable young men who came to fix my bathroom sink plumbing and install my new vanity. They were a pleasure to have in my home. They were fast, efficient, professional and paid attention to details. Did a great job cleaning up. Now I can complete my bathroom renovation. I will only use Letto Plumbing from now on. Jonny was amazing and went above and beyond to figure out what our plumbing leak issue was. We really appreciate his expertise and wonderful helpfulness. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and especially Johnny with helping us with our issue.

It took a while for them to arrive, but once onsite, Errol quickly assessed the situation and quoted a price before starting work. Toilet needed to be reseated, and this was done quickly and professionally.

They were able to easily plumb a new kitchen sink which wasn't an simple fix.

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! They charged our company credit card $6,000 without our approval. We simply gave them our credit card # to have on file. We gave them 2 work orders for a Belk store and they never gave us an invoice or any details of the work performed. They were approved to spend $1,400 and charged us almost $6k. Stay far away from this company - especially their office dispatcher Sandy.

I used Top of the Line Plumbing for a plumbing inspection and also for a drain repair. Gavin, the owner went above and beyond with both to make sure they were done to code and completely correct with no issues whatsoever. They also replaced a hot water heater in my moms house and left everything cleaner then when they came. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
