Best Plumbing Fixture Installation in Jacksonville FL

I called this morning and Sara answered the phone and scheduled me for service this afternoon. I got a text and an email confirmation of my appointment. Eric showed up right on time and took care of my slow drain issue. He was very polite and professional. I recommend this business to others and I will use them again myself.

Although we had a slight mishap, the service techs handled it with professionalism and profuse apologies. The job was completed quickly and all is working well!

Ice maker line right? Very simple procedure you would think. I had the refrigerator moved out of the way & the drywall cut for the repair and very clean for the repair person. Didn't need any water line connected or drywall patched. They charged me $276 for the job and around $90 for the valve when in reality it costs only $15 plus a few bucks for glue and couplings. They also charged me to repair drywall when in fact I never requested this. The only reasonable charge was for the cpvc parts: $2 for couplings, etc.I spoke to Kyle and ran through my concerns that I was quoted a little under $200 and I was charged $276, and I didn't ask for a drywall repair and that $80+ for a ice maker valve was extremely ridiculous. He laughed at me and asked if this was all about $40 for additional labor (15 minutes for the drywall repair I didn't ask for). I agreed, but also disagreed with the 300% markup on the water valve part was unfair to us regular people. To be clear, this valve is not made of gold or platinum. Kyle, in the brief convo we had, you were a very condescending person and probably a family member of the biz (I have a few). Trust me, being a nice person goes a long way especially if you consider I need so many plumbing services. You literally laughed at me when I was trying to express the value you didn't provide me.On a $276 job, $40 is extremely significant, Kyle. Especially if you include the 300% markup of the valve. He said he would refund the time it took the tech to patch the drywall ($40), we'll see. I don't think I'll include them on my quote for a new water heater or our sewage drain issue, etc.

I did not have truly HOT water for 6 years. I called so many local plumbing companies and no one was able to solve the mystery as to why my water was only luke warm. In only 30 minutes Mike at Affordable solved my issue and for the first time in 6 years, I was able to take a steaming HOT shower. I'm so happy and the best part about it is that it was truly affordable. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest plumber with experience and a fair price. Duck Duck Rooter did a great job with replacing my septic pump and doing a pump out on my system. They even helped me determine it was definitely the pump that was the issue before replacing it. Such honesty is hard to find.

We chose Lettow Plumbing to complete a whole home re-pipe for us. We also had our hot water heater location changed, had whole home filters installed and had a bathroom renovation completed by Lettow Plumbing during/after the re-pipe. We were very pleased with the work! Chris and his staff are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time that Chris took upon the initial consultation/estimate visit to thoroughly walk through our home and begin to problem solve some unique issues that we had. From that initial visit to the final walk through visit that he did, everyone took the time to listen and respond to questions and to explain daily progress. Called after hours and they were at my home next morning. Very happy with the service.

Called at 5:30 am on a Friday morning to leave a message and the returned my call by 7 am and were out to fix the leak by 8:30 am. Everyone I talked to was very polite, explained exactly what the problem was and what they were going to do to fix it. Finished in under an hour. Prices were reasonable for the timing of the repair and the location of the leak. They even told me things they'd noticed I would need to look out for that weren't a problem at the moment but so I'd be aware if they did become a problem in the future. I'd definitely recommend them.

The response time was as advertised. They came, fixed my AC and did not overcharge.

Top of the Line Plumbing installed a tank-less water heater in my home. They were punctual, reliable, and very competent. They were careful and did a thorough clean-up. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Rocky was the best! He was supposed to be done for the day but he knew I was in desperate need for a valve box repair so that my washing machine could be hooked up. Not only did he come late to help me (on a Friday too) he did such a good job that no drywall repair is needed!! What an awesome person! Thank you so much...you deserve a raise?

Far exceeded my expectations in every aspect. This was the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing contractor. I called due to a clogged sink and was corresponding with them within seconds. They scheduled the work at the day/time I requested (which was the next day after I called). Showed up on time, extremely friendly, quickly resolved the issue, did extra to help reduce the chance of the clog coming back, did not leave a mess, and then charged less than expected! WOW!! I highly recommend this outstanding company. I've deleted all other plumbers from my contacts and Kingdom Based Plumbing will be the only one I use from now on!! Thanks especially to Jason!! Wow...beautiful tile work..I'm so happy...Joe Hamilton did my tile work ask for him !Joe is on time polite and is very skilled...He did an amazing job this is the second time that I have had Joe do the work in my home I highly recommend him! Atlantic Coast is very lucky to have him!
