Condescending customer service by both Holly and Kyle. Absolutely unacceptable. No quote for the job before coming to the house, apparently new plumber told us, incorrectly, the quote was $300, and drywall repair (after he cut a huge hole) was included in the price. We told him to go ahead and do the job. He finished early and charged $267, and before leaving, said a drywall specialist would come by later today and fix what he had to tear out - that he would coordinate that. No such person came, and when we called back, Kyle's snarky comments after telling us it would cost $150 an hour plus material for the drywall repair were well, what did you think? it would be just free?.... no, not free, included in the price like we were told..?just wow.. absolute robbery and unprofessionalism from start to finish.

I called Affordable Plumbing yesterday about what I feared was a slab leak (but I told them my water was off so it wasn't a rush) and they were able to get me in first thing this morning. Hayley was my plumber and she was so good! She was able to diagnose the problem with my weird old house plumbing and find the leak, which luckily was not under my house! Once she found it, she patched up both (copper) pipes that had holes in them. She was very professional and personable. I will definitely call them in the future when I'm ready to re-pipe my house.

From the first contact, these people were friendly, encouraging, and left me with a feeling of confidence that my problems would be solved, problem was gone before they ever asked for their money.I was given a discount quote and received a different and lower price when the servicemen arrived - because of where I live. I was do pleased when they finished, l went straight to Facebook and posted about my experience. I will call them again if l have plumbing issues.

James came out to provide estimate for whole house replumbing, and adding tankless water heater.

I called them in the morning and left a message but they didn't bother to call back. So I don't understand how they offer 24 hour emergency service if they don't answer the phone or return calls. Oh well.

I called to get a price quote and possibly use their service. The lady on the phone answered is very rude and nasty!! I was telling her my problem and she asked, when did this start happening. The truth?What would be the point of me lying about when the issue started. Why would that be a question to ask a potential customer. O was offended and disgusted with the lack of customer service. I will never use this company!

As luck would have it, my water heater went out on Friday with guests intending to enjoy our home. Tough to enjoy a home when you have to take a cold shower. Well, I was in urgent need to get this corrected ASAP. I called so many places and either they would not return my call, gave me the we are booked, or just did not care... until I got in touch with Gavin at Top of the Line Plumbing. He bent over backwards to get this corrected. You could not ask for better customer service from any business. Do not hesitate to use this company,

I cannot say enough good things about Hall and Sons!!! At first when I told them what was wrong, I was really worried that they weren't going to be able to fix the problem. They were so honest and they told me up front that it could turn into a really extensive demo job that would involve a good amount of time and money. However, they recognize my financial situation and assured me they would do everything they could to fix it. I was completely astonished at the outcome; they did such a beautiful job repairing my shower faucet! I couldn't believe they were able to do it... It was a rusted mess! They did the job quickly and efficiently with a smile. Gary was so fun to talk to and you can tell that him and his staff are truly family and they love what they do. I'm thankful to know that I've found my forever plumbers!!!

Atlantic Coast did a fantastic job on our bathrooms, we had two done back to back. They were always professional, clean during tear out, trustworthy, and on time always wanting us happy. Jerome and Walker were great to work with over the month long project and did an amazing job! The Plummer’s were great too, all I can say is they know their stuff! The company all around was great! We are very pleased and our bathrooms are beautiful! Thank you so much Atlantic Coast!
