So, can I just say I am so over the moon happy!?!? Four kids, two adults, two overflowing toilets, two showers with nastiness in them and not a draining sink to be had, we were desperate. From the office staff, Liz and Jennifer to name a few, to John the technician, we are so happy with the professional and kind service we received. They were able to send someone out to get things moving the same visit! John explained everything patiently and showed us what he was doing and why and also made it clear how to prevent the same issue from happening again. I can tell you, from the bottom of my heart that we are sitting comfortably now that everything worked out in the end, swimmingly. Seriously though, all the other companies we called were backlogged and honestly they simply stink. Do not delay. Call John Gray, like yesterday, if you have a plumbing issue. Now I am off to buy a new toilet tissue. These pipes are cleeeeeeaaaannn!!! Thank you!

So I called out another company for issues with water hammer in my bathroom pipes. This guy got here and told me it would cost $2000.00 to repair and that someone else would have to do it because he was to big to get in my attic. So I decided to call Duck Duck Rooter and see what they say. Brian and Don came out on an early Saturday Morning. Talked with me and listened to my concerns and knew how to solve the issue withing seconds. They charged me not even a tenth of what the other company tried to charge and even walked me through what he needed to do. This company should be very pleased with these two men they have working for them. They were kind, courteous, understanding and very knowledgeable.Calling them was the best decision I could make. These guys and this company has made a client for life.

I called to get a price quote and possibly use their service. The lady on the phone answered is very rude and nasty!! I was telling her my problem and she asked, when did this start happening. The truth?What would be the point of me lying about when the issue started. Why would that be a question to ask a potential customer. O was offended and disgusted with the lack of customer service. I will never use this company!

If you want a professional quality plumbing repair then Top of the Line Plumbing is the place to call. Our waste drain line in our ceiling broke and let the water from the upstairs laundry and bath pour out into the ceiling. I called late on Monday night and got a voicemail and I placed a request for a service call. I was called back after hours to make sure it wasn't an emergency and they scheduled a service call to come out the next morning. They showed up on time and quickly found the issue and provided an estimate. I approved the estimate and scheduled the repair for Thursday. Gavin, Ryan and Chris showed up on time and quickly went to work. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after the repair and tested the system before they left. They did a great job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Driver sped down my residential street, swerved after driving thru a neighbor's yard. When I was attempting to catch up to identify the company's vehicle, driver reached speeds in excess of 75 mph in a 35 mph zone. Upon encountering traffic forcing him to let off, he got behind me and turned on bright headlamps to blind me.
