WE waited 4 hours for service rep to arrive and when he did he did not have the part necessary to make the repairs. The customer rep who spoke with my wife (Lynette) was extremely rude and unprofessional and we will never use this service again.The repairman (Dallas) was very polite and apologized for not having the part but his 10 minute visit cost us $130.00 and problem not fixed.Thanks for nothing Roto-Rooter.

The plumber who showed up to do the work quickly diagnosed the issues and completed the work in less than an hour. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because he did not have any options but to charge for a full replacement of the shower faucet when it was really just to fix a bad previous repair. I appreciated the fact that he did not charge for anything beyond that, so it kept my total costs as minimal as possible.

Amazing service all around! Spoke with Jennifer over the phone to schedule an appointment. She made an appointment for me the next day and clarified the service charges prior to the visit. Got a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Connor and Jaylen arrived in a timely and professional manner. I had a problem with the water heater leaking. They assessed the problem. Once they returned with the pieces they completed the installation in no time. Connor was able to explain to me how the water heater operates and where the problem was. I'm a first time homeowner and would highly recommend their services and will be using them again in the future.

Great experience all around. The website it easy to schedule appointments. I scheduled my appointment the night before and was confirmed for the next day. Great communication from the office in letting us know when the technician would be arriving. The technician came and was able to explain what was causing the problem and what was needed to do to fix it. He let us know the price before work was started. Pricing seemed fair based off of other quotes I had received. Technician was very professional and polite. Will use this company again if/when needed.

Called at 5:30 am on a Friday morning to leave a message and the returned my call by 7 am and were out to fix the leak by 8:30 am. Everyone I talked to was very polite, explained exactly what the problem was and what they were going to do to fix it. Finished in under an hour. Prices were reasonable for the timing of the repair and the location of the leak. They even told me things they'd noticed I would need to look out for that weren't a problem at the moment but so I'd be aware if they did become a problem in the future. I'd definitely recommend them.

Eddie was terrific to deal with in an urgent situation. The entire process from end to end was a great experience. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issue and would highly recommend Premier Plumbing!

Had someone come check for a leak. He never even tried to turn off the main water or even look for the leak. He was at my house for maybe 5 minutes and didn't even give a quote for work I might need. Received a bill in the mail for $115 in the mail even though I was never told there was a fee or agreed to pay anything. This a a very dishonest company. Filing complaint with BBB and attorney general.

Showed up in a timely manner with mask on. Fixed my sink issue flawlessly. Highly recommend!

Andy was a spot on professional. Super detailed. Prompt estimate and follow up. The other contractors on our job site even noted to me the care and detail he had in his work. They said it was rare. Courteous team! Reasonable price.We had a drainage issue and the plumber found out the main sewage line under the road was clogged up with garbage and needed to be pumped out by the city. I was like, great, I have to call the city and get blown off, ugh. But, the Bert Norman office actually called the city for me. The plumber stayed to make sure he could talk directly to the city crew when they showed up since I don't speak plumbing nor do I know the codes. The City pumped the garbage out of the sewage line. Thank you Bert Norman! You really took the anxiety out of an experience I was initially dreading!

Bought a townhome on 2/1, which came with a home warranty. The upstairs bathroom apparently had a faulty cartridge. The plumber that warranty sent out took off the handle and then proceeded to tell me we had to tear out tile to access the cartridge. I wasn't going to do that and so warranty company allowed me to call out a 3rd party. I called Amelia and Tracy answered and immediately put me at ease. She asked me to send her pictures and once I did she assured me this could be fixed w/o tearing up tub. Within 2 hours Daniel shows up (3pm) and by 3:37 he had the old cartridge chipped out and the new one in and operational. Tracy also did not speak negatively of the other company but instead just pointed out that Amelia has some very experienced technicians who have done this multiple times. Bottom line is Tracy and Daniel took a very stressful time for me (could use our water for the better part of 36 hours) and put me at ease and repair was done quickly and affordably. Amelia will not only get every plumbing job (hopefully I don't need them very often...LOL) but I will also tell every one I know about my experience with them. Thanks so much Tracy and Daniel!! Q

Very rude on the phone. I asked if they were open (it was 5:00 on a Friday afternoon) and the man said “we aren’t taking any more calls today” so I asked about the next day. His very uncaring sounding response was “well yes we are taking calls tmro”. I said “you don’t sound very excited about it” and he immediately said “mam, if you’re going to be rude about it” and hung up.I’m old and have a lot of issues (as most people do now days)….I can’t tolerate rude, especially when I will be the one paying THEM.Would never use!FOLLOW UP:Sir, in response to your very incorrect reply…..a “dispatcher” did not answer the phone. It most likely was you, the Owner. I was not “arrogant” but because of the disgust sound in your voice, I said “you don’t seem very excited about it” in response to you saying “we will be open tomorrow”.You, sir, with all due respect, are very rude. I expected, at the very least, some professionalism, even though it’s the end of the day and I realize you may be tired.We all are. There’s a saying, “Until you’ve walked in my shoes, don’t tell me how to tie my laces.” Practice it and others will afford you the same courtesy.Thankfully, the next person that I spoke with was very courteous and helpful.
