The plumber was very professional and courteous. I noticed he was careful to put a tarp down in the bathroom before working to avoid spills and tracking dirt on the floor which I appreciated.He also had the approach of a teacher rather than a salesman as he clearly explained the problem with my faucet and told me how to get the part I needed. He then said he would be happy to take care of all of it or if I wanted to buy and replace it myself I could do so, but he gave me the information and let ME decide which I appreciated.He also took the time to answer some questions I had and gave me advice on other potential issues I raised. He only charged me for the time he was there which wasn't long since the problem turned out to be very minor.I will definitely be using Turner Plumbing for my future needs and will not hesitate to recommend them to others after this experience!

I got several estimates for a re-piping job before I decided on Roland Reash Plumbing. They gave a very competitive quote and the experience turned out to be very positive. Fadi and John did the work while I worked from home and had great communication and managed to take care of an additional leak discovered behind the wall. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

Recently we had Touchton Plumbing repair several outdoor faucets, a shower faucet, and replace a toilet. Although we did have one issue with a re-occurring leak several weeks after the fact, Touchton was very responsive with coming back out and making the good on the repair at no extra charge. We will continue to call and recommend Touchton plumbing in the future.

I am living in a new build, this company installed the plumbing in my home, I got their number off of my water heater tank, after 2 years I have an issue with my faucet leaking, called them to get a quote on repairs as I figured that since they are the installers that it would make sense to stay with them, even though they have plumbing repairs listed as a service on their website I was told by the person that answered the phone that they are only doing new builds- ok if that's the case, update your website or add a note to your site that during the pandemic that you are only performing limited services- this is very misleading.

Called Shane for 4 days and did not once receive a return call from him to schedule.

On Sunday, my old well pump, which had been failing for some time, finally quit. I called Dan at Metro Rooter and he set me up for an appointment the next day. Technician Mike Small came out to the house, assessed the damage, gave me a full tutorial on the problem, what needed to be repaired, and how to protect my system better in the future. He was friendly, punctual, incredibly knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. I was back with water, no more whistling and whining showers, and incredible water pressure in no time! Thanks, Mike! Needed some plumbing work yesterday and called Steven. He came out the same day and did a great job for us again. We used him before when we moved to NE Florida to install our whole house water softener and filtered water lines on our 2 refrigerators. Very reliable, professional, and reasonably priced.

07/13/2020 3 PM - 6:30 PM Now I am in an apartment so the money aspect is of no concern of mine. What should be a concern of the company is the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the older gentleman. Between cursing and yelling I would like to compliment Garrett on keeping his composure through the afternoon. He was nothing but respectful to my wife and daughter during the repair. I understand it was late and he wanted to go home it still doesn't excuse the behavior. I will be also sending a copy of this to the apartment complex. With myself being an electrician I know that this is not how I would want my employees and or coworkers representing my company in such a manner.

Best service ever used! My whole washroom got flooded but these guys were amazingly quick and fixed everything within minutes! Hats off to them...

Chris came out today to repair my toilet and replace my bathroom sink faucet. He also gave me an estimate on some extensive repairs to my kitchen sink. Chris is very personable and easy to talk to. He explains things in a way that common people like me can understand. I have always used Snyder for my AC needs, but had never used their plumbing service. Chris earned my business today and I will be calling on him for those additional repairs that I need. Snyder has never let me down. I also plan on using their electrical service if I ever need work done. AC Tech Devon also came out today to maintenance my AC. Again, a top notch professional who specialized in customer satisfaction. Devon cleaned and checked every part of the system thoroughly. You all spoil your Customers and I could not be more grateful.
