Late on Friday the kitchen drain became clogged (after hours) so I reached out to three companies and the only one to respond was Mr. Rooter. I booked them for first thing that Monday and also had them install a new faucet. They came in did the job and cleaned up after they were finished and the new faucet looks and works great and my drain is clear.

Recently bought a house and noticed a leak that our inspector said was no longer an issue. I called Turner Plumbing as soon as they opened and spoke to the young lady who informed me that they may be able to fit me in the late afternoon. Slightly discouraged I agreed to the appointment. About an hour later she called me back and said that they had an opening and could have someone there within a half hour. I was ecstatic and quickly obliged to the new time. Right on time, Mac showed up and quickly started examining the issue. He was able to address the problem within the first 10 minutes and devised a plan for the fix. As he worked on the original issue I noticed a leak from my kitchen sink. Again, he quickly identified the issue as being a poorly removed reverse osmosis system and refitted my under sink plumbing.While in the kitchen Mac noticed a second water line running to the refrigerator hook up. He had an idea that the reason for this is because the house was plumbed backwards. He checked the water heater and confirmed his suspicions. He then walked every faucet in my house to verify that they were at least working in the proper fashion. In addition to this, Mac gave me some amazing information about the irrigation system and the associated check valve. He explained why it was there and the upcoming testing requirements from JEA. Mac was extremely knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only will I call Turner Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs but I WILL be requesting they send Mac.

This business was very responsive and professional which is such a rare trait in plumbing these days. Shout out to David for replacing my water heater in my time of need! He was in constant communication with me on every step he was doing and was entertaining while doing it. This is my new go to place for any plumbing needs!

When I called the office was very helpful and personable. They arrived as promised and I was so appreciative as I had a leak in my cabinet. Dustin quickly repaired the leak under my sink and replaced the valve. The pricing was reasonable and I am very satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again!

I called them in the morning and left a message but they didn't bother to call back. So I don't understand how they offer 24 hour emergency service if they don't answer the phone or return calls. Oh well.

First off, the ladies in the office, Marlena and Amber are amazing. Very polite, very helpful. They answer any questions you may have and just all around friendly. When the guys came out to fix our slab leak, both of them were super nice very professional yet they made you feel like you are friends. And they did a fantastic job.

They are very dependable, does outstanding service, and are kind. They also have very reasonable prices and quick to get jobs done.

Guy was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and funny. Prices were very reasonable and I will definitely call on Guy and APC again for any future plumbing needs! I had particles in my hot water line. I talked to a few plumbers and other peoples with backgrounds in plumbing. And they thought it might be a break in the waterline in my slab. I talked to Gary Hall, explain to him what was going on, he asked me a question: by chance do you have a tankless hot water heater. The answer was yes. My water is so hard that the minerals were being cooked by my tankless hot water heater and creating particles. They came in and cleaned out the tankless hot water heater, and installed a water conditioner. The water conditioner should remove all the minerals, plus the water taste better. They did a great job, prices were very reasonable, and the people explained everything that they were doing for me.They just came back for a follow up, checked up on me, and they refused to take any money from me. What a fantastic outfit.

You do not want to work for this company of your looking for a job they're much better paying places and they don't have benefits for their employees

I am very impressed with the company, considering the research I have done for my project. The scheduling was reasonable and accommodating. Zack arrived on time and completed the job quicker than anticipated. Besides the efficiency and great quality of his work, he had excellent customer service skills, as well as refreshing sense of humor. I will be hiring Kimball plumbing (Zack, in particular) for multiple future projects that I have planned.
