Our tech ross was awesome. He came out on Easter Sunday for an emergency call. He was there within an hour. Had a great attitude from the beginning and got us up and running in a timely manner. Professional and easy to communicate with!

Had THE WORST CLOG EVER that I worked on myself for 8 hours and finally gave up and called a pro!!! That would be Harry HAYES !!! They did have to work on it for several hours, But they didnt quit and got thru the clog and cleaned up the mess and got us back up and running!!! Thanks sooo Much !

Good customer service

My house required an emergency leak repair followed by a complete re-pipe with CPVC pipe. They provided high quality, timely, friendly and professional work with minimum mess and intrusion to our daily routine. Re-piping always requires drywall repairs and Turner provided this as well which no other company did. This too was done with the same on time, professional, clean and quality work. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

They came out to give me a price for re-doing my shower. The guy looks the job over and says it will be $3000. We talked a bit and then, on his way out he says: I'll get a written quote to you for $3500. Price went up $500 in 5 minutes. Then to top it off, even after bugging him twice via text, I never received a written quote. Pitiful.

Fast and accurate! Showed up on time, fixed the problem, cleaned after it. Love it, good job!

The tech came out in a reasonable time , I did not end up using the company but Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable
