Amazing and competent customer service !

This company is a complete joke. They look all professional from the outside but the office is filled with nothing but thieves. Promised my boyfriend and even have proof of texts saying so that after his truck got broken into they would replace all of his tools instead they have been sitting on the check from the insurance and REFUSE to give him any cut of the check to replace the tools that were stolen. Such a disgusting way to run a company ‼️‼️

Scheduled an appointment for some service. When scheduling the appointment I gave the employee making the appointment very specific information about what we needed done; the removal of an existing GE Smart Water softener system, the installation of a new Pelican water filter and the installation of some bathroom faucets. Employee repeated back to me what I was asking for as a confirmation so she could schedule the appointment appropriately. Everyone was in agreement and the appointment was set. Husband takes off work to be available . Day arrives, employee shows up and that's where things went south. Employee was not clear on the work that was to be done. After my husband went over what we had scheduled we were told sorry, but we can't install that filter. Apparently they can only provide limited service to existing units. Seems like I made our needs very clear when scheduling so not sure where that went wrong. And to top it off, the employee who came to do the work told my husband that these kind of scheduling mishaps happen with some regularity. When I called to speak to Steve, the manager, he was not available. Asked for a return call and have yet to hear from him. Don't recommend these folks at all.

Eagerton Plumbing did a complete re-pipe of my home. We had been without water since Christmas eve.. We called several plumbing companies and they could not help us. Called Eagerton came out that day. Prepared a proposal for expected work to be performed. They were outstanding! The folks there are considerate, they take their time, they wore masks in the home, took their shoes off.... Honestly, would highly recommend. Awaiting a follow up service, so I might adjust my thoughts.

Woody was very professional. He had worn his mask the entire time. He greeted everyone upon entering the home. He was able to fix the issue immediately.

Kingdom Based Plumbing. I had a leak in a pipe going into my hot water heater, and called Kingdom Based Plumbing. Jason responded within a couple minutes, and he worked me into their schedule arriving in about an hour. They replaced a pipe that feeds into the water heater that had split. They were quick, clean, and did a great job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Jason for any plumbing needs you may have.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! A great experience from the very beginning to the very end. Vann is responsive, honest, reliable, and timely. Kyle and Drew were a joy to have around - they showed up on time, and were kind, professional, clean, and efficient. They finished not only on time, but on budget, and the tile in my bathroom looks gorgeous! I could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

I had a pipe spring a leak at the worst possible time.....late at night. I put in three calls to other plumbers and Nolan had the pipe fixed before any of the other plumbers even called! They were friendly, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
